Ulasan Ancient Hue Garden Houses

Definitely the best experience we've had for a while. Scenery is great, services are top notch, the food is AMAZING. They started out as a restaurant, and now expanded into a resort, so that kinda explains. There're now 2 or 3 restaurants in the resort, serving both local and western cuisines. Breakfasts are free and can be ordered unlimitedly. We usually have heavy breakfasts in the place, then went out to explore the city and the street foods outside. On the last night, we had our dinner at one of their Vietnamese restaurant. And while it's obviously more expensive than the street foods, the portion and tastiness is also at another level. The staffs are very very nice. While check-in, we handed them our passports and that's probably how they noticed that one of our birthday is during the stay. So they gave us a bunch of vouchers/discount for their services. Even hand made a birthday cake as a gift! Wish we stayed longer, and 10/10 would visit again.

Exquisite hotel / villa complex in enclosed grounds with reasonable access to Hue sights. Well appointed room with balcony and good quality furniture. Two separate swimming pools. Two excellent restaurants with good ambience serving Vietnamese and French food. Attentive and welcoming staff. Exceptional value accommodation

酒店環境優雅温馨舒適，兩個户外游泳池，院內植物非常多鬱鬱葱葱，小橋流水魚兒暢遊，錯落地形自然新穎，貌似熱帶叢林令人心曠神怡。餐廳內特有的復古氣息，古典建築典雅別緻，值得細細欣賞，一邊用餐一邊欣賞別樣感受。所有服務人員素質極好，客人無需動手提行李，服務非常周到。難得一見👍。 早餐也是用菜單單點，味道極好品質超棒。該酒店太多值得稱讚的細節👍

如果再回來越南，這裡是最願意重新回來住的地方。 非常安靜，酒店工作人員超級熱情，這是很新很完美，還有免費送的一些按摩服務，雖然我沒有使用，但還是賓至如歸。 酒店租一輛小摩託可以非常方便的四處在説Hue逛。

非常讓人放鬆的地方！原先預計來到順化要去皇陵參觀，殊不知飯店太令人放鬆了⋯直接放棄行程在飯店內享用Spa和用餐！若說下次是否還要在住這裡⋯我一定很願意

직원들으니 친절함. 호텔 주변 식당에서 가라오케로 밤 10시 넘어까지 노래부르는게 들림. 매우 시끄럽게들림. 호텔 내부는 청결함. 침대에서 소리가 남. 설마 침대까지 엔틱은 아니겠지? 조식은 뷔페가 아님. 3번 조식을 먹었는데 메뉴는 똑같음. 몇종류없음. 화려한 호텔 조식을 기대하는 분들껜 비추. 빈펄가려다가 hue 5성급중 최고라는 트립닷컴의 평점을 보고 갔는데 속은 느낌. 개인적으로 직전에들린 필그리마지 리조트보다 못함. 수영장 같은건 기대하지 마시길. 이런 호텔도 5성급이라고 하는게 맞음? 숙소가 총15개가 안넘는것 같은데. 한국인들에겐 비추

From the moment I walked in I was struck by the beauty of this property. The bungalow style accommodations feel both timeless and luxurious. Customer service here is simply beautiful. I would love to bring my family the next time I come. If you want both a convenient and private place to stay, this is it.

Good, attentive service. The room is beautifully decorated. Feel like travelling back to ancient hue. We stayed in the French wing of the hotel and had a look at the ancient Hue wing. The owner was from Hue and had a passion for Hue ancient houses, so the decoration for each room was very detailed and well thought out. We stayed for 3 days in December which unfortunately rained all the time so we ended up staying in the hotel. However, it was very relaxing and enjoyable since they have a big garden and their restaurants are very nice. Definitely recommend this place.

I wanted to love it. I loved all of the reviews. Our travel agent told us that it was the best. But sometimes decisions are made that impact everyone. The two night stay ended up being terrible the second day as they booked a private party complete with loud music and people coming to the property to celebrate someone famous. We had two rooms next to the dining area and live music they were playing. Sound checks started at 4:30 and the restaurant was closed. After the sound was unbearable they moved us further away and we still heard it but it was more bearable. They closed the restaurant for the evening but after we said we had booked the hotel for the onsite restaurant and my friend is elderly - they said they would prepare food for us complimentary. After dinner was done, they gave me the bill and didn’t seem to understand that the manager had said the dinner was on them. The original room was number 5 and it smelled like mildew - and the bed is so tight in the room you can’t walk around the sides. The electric outlet next to bed didn’t work and the fly netting was really tight and hard to get out of. They wanted to be very very nice but it was overwhelming. There is a genuine nice but then there is forced nice. They never should have booked a private party with love music when guests were there to relax and use the space.

Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the staff were attentive and professional. The hotel offers great tours, including visits to the Imperial City and the King’s Tomb, as well as private transfer options. Our driver was incredibly accommodating and went out of his way to meet our requests. When we asked for Cơm Hến, he patiently drove us to several spots to find the best one at the end of the tour. Breakfast was outstanding, with a variety of delicious options. While dinner wasn’t quite to our taste, the staff sincerely sought our feedback and even offered a discount to ensure our satisfaction. As Vietnamese who’ve been abroad for years, this stay brought back cherished childhood memories. The combination of authentic charm and exceptional service made us feel right at home. We left with full hearts and unforgettable experiences. This hotel is a true gem, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and culture.
