Exceptional in every way. If you can swing it, definitely make a reservation to stay.

Staff is friendly and great hospitality I expected Deluxue River View has a corner balcony as pictures, so I was disappointed... however, very good hospitality and breakfast was great even though they don't have much variety ! Night view was beautiful Spa was super 👌 Therapist lever is super high and love small and cozy atmosphere I should ask her name she was the best in my life Sauna was clean and helped me to get warm in chilly rain day

一座歷史的見證 每一個細節都很棒 包括服務 就在古城對岸 大隱於市 如果説它“舊” 那麼“舊”就是它的亮點 Artdec隨處可見 二樓的特色課堂 每一間門口都有一段歷史文獻 和時間同住 服務很好 不過分但是能感受到舒適 升級了房型看到了河景 Spa價格非常好 300多值得一試

Khách sanh sử dụng nước nóng bằng năng lượng mặt trời. Khi chúng tôi đến là tháng 1 mưa và lạnh ở Huế nên ko có nước nóng để tắm. Thật tồi tệ!

フエで最高のロケーション、良く教育の行き届いた、英語のできるスタッフ、受け付けがフランス人客で混んでいたら、待合のソファーで紅茶を飲んでいる間に受付終了、鍵を受け取って部屋への案内。お部屋は清潔、ベランダからは椰子の木ごしにPerfume川を望む静かな部屋。ウェルカムのライチ、ナッツを食べて一休み。レストランは最高のもてなしと料理、確かにフエの平均からは高額なのでしょうが、ホールスタッフチーフと楽しく会話、アドバイスに従ってオーダーです。料理はうまいし、ワインもいい感じで言うことなし。妻に最高のもてなしができました。部屋に帰ってからはPerfume川越しにライトアップされた王宮と旗を眺めてベランダでゆったりとカクテルタイム、お休みまで言うことなしの時間が過ごせます。年寄りには最高のホテルでした。

We stayed for 2 nights in this lovely Art Deco style hotel across the river from the Imperial City. We stayed in a Superior Double with River View which had a balcony with a lovely view across the Perfume River. The room was well appointed and the bed comfortable. Breakfast buffet was very good. The gym was very well equipped. We dined in the hotel on the first night and the food was good. The staff were friendly and helpful although if arranging a taxi tour it’s probably better value to use Grab than book at reception. Would recommend this hotel if staying in Hue.

The BEST hotel in Hue.The location is not far from The Imperial City but also quite and relaxing.There is an old world charming through out the hotel.All staffs are super friendly.And the restaurant is good with a nice view. There was a technical problem with our room.Although we were upsetted, we fully understood that it wasn't anyone's fault.But Ms.Tran Thi Minh Tam took extra care of us.She's a magician who turned an upsetted beginning into an unforgettable happy ending.She and her team made us regret that our stay was too short.And want to stay at more Azerai hotels.

This is my second time coming here. Thanks for welcoming us. Fantastic place to stay, friendly, helpful staff, turndown service is wonderful. Breakfast is not too much but good quality , I love it. I will comeback and would definitely recommend!

Excellent hotel very nearby city many facilities, great restaurants, very clean room and big room, staff here very friendly staff, reception very helpful any thing you want information this staff they know Wel and they are very helpful that what we need.

Stayed here for four nights and really enjoyed it . The hotel being the old French government building is very stylish and elegant . We had a lovely room overlooking the pool and river . The hotel has a lovely spa and a well equipped gym . Food in the hotel was good although we found the chair uncomfortable. The hotel is well situated too . The team running the hotel were superb being friendly and helpful all the time . We visited a number of local sites such as the citidal

This is a lovely hotel located on the Perfume River opposite The Citadel. The rooms are spacious and the hotel has a beautiful pool and an excellent spa. I had one of the best massages ever by Trang. The breakfast buffet is extensive and the dining room is very pleasant. All of the staff were very helpful and gracious.

Very good, professional and relaxing massage and nice girl, 60 minutes oil massage the name is Tan at the Atzerai hotel. Nice ambient, Tan has a good hands and the pressure of massage was as I ask, so definitely I had a very good massage and so I recommend.
