Sebelum menginap, staf sangat sigap dalam sesi Tanya Jawab. Layanannya sangat baik, luar biasa, dan membantu. Semua staf ramah, mudah didekati, dan memperhatikan detail. Berbagi budaya dan sejarah lokal, serta tempat-tempat menarik. Layanan pramutamu yang luar biasa. Selama menginap, kami menikmati teh, makan malam mewah (2 pilihan), dan sarapan lezat (2 pilihan). Kami diberi minuman gratis di bar, dan hidangan alternatif untuk memenuhi kebutuhan diet. Sangat berguna bahwa hotel menyediakan layanan antar-jemput hotel-stasiun kereta, dan perjalanan jarak pendek lainnya ke pintu masuk pendakian Huangshan (menghemat banyak waktu). Staf membantu kami memesan tiket Cableway yang menghemat waktu kami untuk mengantre tiket dan menghindari pembelian tiket yang salah. Fasilitas standar disediakan. Sumber listrik adalah colokan standar 2-pin 3-pin China dan USB. Hotel terletak di dalam taman Huangshan (?). J. Moutain Hotel has excellent service and hotel facility, it was best top 5 international hotel standard that I ever stay in. Great service and location as well.

Truly amazing! Great services. This hotel is worth the steep price. It is a work of art and the service is impeccable. The room is designed with low key luxury style and has stunning views. It is very close to the cable cart to yellow mountain. The best experience I have ever had - not your typical big chain high end hotels.

Our stay at the J. Mountain hotel was beyond our wildest dreams. I rarely leave reviews but our 3 nights here were so stunningly exceptional that we felt driven to express our gratitude and appreciation for the stellar staff, service, and beautiful setting of this hidden gem of a hotel. The service was without exception some of the best if not the best I have ever experienced at a hotel, and I travel often, having visited over 20 countries in the last few years alone and stayed at many beautiful and well-known five-star hotels and brands. Despite being a very young hotel (having just opened in September) J. Mountain Hotel holds its own and then some. It began months before our stay when we reached out to the hotel on WeChat to ask for guidance on equipment, tickets, and transportation. As we are visiting from America the area isn’t necessarily the easiest to access or plan for. Responses were almost immediate no matter when we reached out and always went above and beyond. For instance, my mother is nearly 70 and although very active was worried about slipping and falling while hiking in icier conditions; they offered to even purchase crampons for us should we wish although they advised us we would not need them for the time of year we were here (they were right). While here their thoughtfulness included texting us updates on and warning us about inclement weather while we were hiking around Huang Shan (there is cell service), drying and fluffing our wet gear when we returned from a particularly wet hike, and most astounding of all resolving an incredibly stressful issue we had with an upcoming flight that had been canceled (they suggested and secured alternative means of transport to a second city and then arranged for a different flight with the airline directly). We must specifically give our thanks to Hotel Manager Ryan, who is young but clearly extremely talented and excels in his role. He not only oversaw and proactively sought to help us on every front but was responsible for resolving our flight emergency. He also clearly had directed staff to help us to their utmost ability at all times, including having breakfast and dinner ready for and served to us at the times we requested. Ryan also personally met us and gave us a tour of the hotel and its history and design, as well as accompanied us to the art gallery and an evening tea tasting held in the gorgeous tea house on the grounds. He checked in with us every day and night and made sure everything was to our liking. Driver Wang Kai was our personal chauffer throughout the stay and was extremely courteous, professional, and attentive; he was always there to pick us up and see us off at multiple locations throughout our trip and not once were we ever allowed to wait. He even brought us hotel slippers and large down jackets to change into out of our soaking wet gear when picking us up at the end of a hike. When we said we did not think we would need some of the gear they offer their guests, we noticed he packed it in the car just in case we changed our minds and needed them later. I could literally go on and on but wanted to make sure I left room to appreciate how beautiful the hotel itself is and how much attention to detail has gone into its design and planning; at almost every turn we discovered something that added to the ease, enjoyment, and comfort of our stay. J. Mountain Hotel, thank you for one of the best experiences we have had in many, many years.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff were extremely attentive and very generous. The view of the room was breathtaking. The decoration of the hotel is very modern and chic.

Exceptional service, hotel arranged a car to drop us off at our next hotel over an hour away. Would also highly recommend the tea tasting.

該酒店是一家有濃濃的藝術品味的酒店，也是一傢俱有管理經驗的酒店，服務意識很強，本次體驗感到非常滿意，酒店的地理位置選的完美，不住酒店就能欣賞黃山的美景，酒店菜餚很棒，讓我吃到了小時候味道的雞湯，很不容易，為該酒店點贊

入住🈶來回接、送站服務和纜車接送服務；超級給力，酒店的貴賓車直達酒店；房間正對人字瀑，酒店內的展覽館和茶室不錯，健身房沒去；餐品尚可，有套餐也可單點，管家服務很貼心，還會來住。

設施：酒店很新，空調地暖很足，很舒適 衞生：很乾凈，哪都很清凈 環境：可以看到一些小景，房間可以看見小瀑布，帶陽台，這次正好遇到下雪，躺在床上看雪景很美 服務：特別貼心，下雪天，提供了釘鞋，還有登山杖還有雨衣，我們有兩個寶寶給贈送了小童餐，很喜歡送餐到房間，去纜車索道都會送和接，我們是高鐵來的，高鐵接送站真的是很划算，又方便。幾個司機師傅都很好，會給你介紹黃山，也很親切耐心，笑容滿分。 酒店的廚師做的菜特別好吃，孩子都很喜歡吃，甜品也做得很美味。 説走就走的旅行，半夜訂的酒店，還是很滿意的，沒什麼地方是不好的。

就在玉屏索道旁邊。首先我們定的是含接送服務的！ 春節期間很幸運還派了一輛奔馳350和別克的GL8來接我們到酒店！兩位師傅開得特別穩！到達酒店前台的小哥和小姐姐特別有禮貌！我們長者小孩一行有需要的基本他們都能服務到位了！房間內的洗簌用品是大品牌的很講究、紙巾的質量很好、套餐很豐富涵蓋了徽菜特色。大堂吧的咖啡好喝👍。整體注重細節和都很用心！長者和小孩很認可！陽台景觀對着瀑布、抬頭就是索道、很愜意。我們預約的上山時間錯過了、酒店小哥立馬幫我們銜接起來了！一點沒耽誤！幸運的是山上還下雪了！看到了預期的雪景！實在是很興奮！給他們酒店的設施和服務都打5星！推薦給大家！
