I am one of the first regular customers to stay in the hotel. The service and environmental sanitation were okay at the beginning. However, when I checked in again a few years later, the service and environment were already very poor. The front desk staff was indifferent and not enthusiastic enough. They did not have any enthusiasm for serving old customers. The room The environment was very poor. The room smelled like mold when we checked in. The breakfast service staff were just routine and not proactive enough to provide enthusiastic service. There were visible stains everywhere on the carpet. The towels and bath towels were not clean enough and had a slight smell!

The car parked at the entrance of the lobby was messy. , The room is so expensive that even hand-sprayed fireworks are not allowed to be displayed, so where is the extra money spent on my room? , that is to say, you are a high-end hotel in Huaibei, and the service management is the same as *. The staff at the front desk for room registration don’t know how to train them. They have to answer the phone for a while and have to talk to colleagues next to them about other things. Five or six people are standing at the front desk waiting to register. Can’t we recruit two more people? The experience is not as good as chain hotels.

It has not been quiet from the night before check-in to check-out! Difference! I didn't expect it to be so bad! Before 10 o'clock, I asked if I would like to check out or not. When I went out, I saw a pair of red slippers at the door, so I asked you if they could seep through! The worst, the worst I have ever encountered! Poor breakfast! The service at the front desk is poor, and there is no sense of service at the door!
