Ulasan Four Points by Sheraton Houston InterContinental Airport

Shuttle bus only offers until 10 pm. But it doesnt indicate. It is what I am not expected for the late night flight. I have paid extra money for the taxi on my own! As what I paid for, I could have another better choice hotels. NOT recommend for stay.

Great service, decent rooms, relatively close to the airport. Good value for the price.

The hotel as a whole was fine. I don’t understand being charged for every single thing like breakfast and having no access to free water but all day access to coffee. Overall the experience was okay but having ONE water bubbler for the whole building and that bubbler is in the gym is a huge problem.

First the pros: close to the airport and easy access to anywhere you need to go in Houston. Wonderful staff and comfortable beds. Cons: my room floors were covered in dirt and clearly not vacuumed. I would not walk on that floor without shoes which made me question the cleanliness of the entire room. Did not empty our garbage or give us new towels in the 5 days we were there even after requested by housekeeping. The air conditioning made the most horrible noise so very diffusion sleep.

This hotel was perfect for staying overnight when our flight was canceled. We got their shuttle from the airport and a shuttle the next morning. The staff was lovely, room was perfect. The restaurant could benefit from a better menu, seeing as there’s not much in walking distance. Quality of food was very basic and ingredients were ok. But like I said totally great for a night!

This hotel is one of the best hotels , everything was soo good and clean . The rooms were nice if me and my friends come back to Houston we will stay here for sure.

It was my fist time in Houston and I love my stay in four point. Definitely I will stay again in a near future.

Tye was the best front desk staff he was very pleasant and patient he answered all my questions he went above and beyond to make sure we was comfortable during our stay I would recommend all my friends and family to stay here doing there stay to Houston

Clean property, basically on the side of the road. Food could’ve been better. Vanity mirror in bathroom didn’t work. Friendly staff. Would stay again if I had to.

Stay was okay, slight negative with the shower dripping which was a little noisy. Bathrobes and slippers would’ve been nice and a couple more dining options.

Staff is kind and accommodating, Texas way. Nevertheless, road to the hotel is unsafe, multiple large pot holes (car wheels, large sink holes), musky smell in the room.
