Nice stuff which is friendly but not very satisfying with shuttle service.

Booked the hotel because of flight delay The swimming pool is stunning and clean. You can see staff are cleaning the pool everyday. Staff are overall friendly and professional. Capsule Coffee maker is available in room which is a game changer ro start my day. Free Dove body lotion and shampoo which were good. Free shuttle buses were available between the hotel and airport you can of course tip them. The driver was also nice and helpful. The restaurant is better than the family restaurants around the hotel. Affordable and food. The chicken wings is the must-try item. The only thing was the bathroom was not so clean that I could see some hair hanging around the bathtub and sink when I first entering the room.

Excellent hotel intended for a short stay at IAH. Shuttle service included to/from IAH, very good size of the rooms; restaurant with good menu although it closes at 22:00.

It's very sure that no more improvement they need for next travelers !

The room is clean, quiet and comfortable, the service is good, the hotel is close to the airport and there is a shuttle bus. I will stay here again next time.

Very suitable for a layover The room is very new, but the bathtub in the bathroom is not very good and the water pressure is low. The shuttle bus is convenient 4:30am-12:30am It’s about a 10-minute drive from the airport. There’s a Chinese restaurant called Zhuyuan nearby. It’s delicious. Uber costs about $10 round trip.

The hotel you choose when transiting in Houston has a free airport shuttle bus, which runs every half an hour. The pick-up location is at B-103. No reservation is required. When the bus arrives, you can see clearly that it is the address 15222 and get on directly. It is very convenient; The room is quite large, the facilities are complete, and convenience is king. I will choose this hotel next time I am in transit.
