Nice room and bathroom, has a safe, pleasant staff, and good location. Near tube station and bus stops.

Nicely located, and good promixity to London Central

Irresponsible reception staff. Don't trust them with your parcels. I left a parcel with reception and instructed them clearly to hand it over to a courier whom I sent to pick up. Reception staff blantantly turned away the courier saying that there was no such parcel. Matter is still unresolved and this has caused me a massive waste of time to rectify this as I'm not in the country, and obviously monetary cost incurred because of the lapse in pickup and delivery. This is a business hotel and yet such a simple task can't be done correctly for your business guests.

The convenient location and friendly service makes this an ideal base to explore London. The rooms are also very spacious and clean.

位置是很不錯，也很乾凈，但是設施真的好老舊，浴室感覺像國內三線城市的招待所，兩千一晚不如去住邊上的民宿

Lovely clean hotel with underground parking. Check in was fast and efficient as was check out. Highly recommend

On arrival, the receptionist told me I'd been given an upgrade, so I had an enormous room, with a sitting area & excellent facilities, including a bath & shower. It was clean & the bed was extremely comfortable. There was a good range of choices at breakfast & although drinks were self service, the manager offered to bring me a pot of tea. All the staff were friendly, welcoming & helpful. I used my reward night for this stay, meaning I only had to pay just over £20 in taxes & was able to add breakfast for under £3. Superb value! It was my second stay at this hotel & I'd definitely return.
