Ulasan Extended Stay America Suites - Fort Lauderdale - Cypress Creek - NW 6th Way

There was supposedly free breakfast for 4 pax as part of the room rate—what we got at 8am from the breakfast bar in the lobby were some granola bars and coffee, that’s it. The room also had a musty, weird smell—good thing we just stayed here overnight.

The room was clean. The refrigerator ******. Loud and old. Overpriced. No heat in the room. And the breakfast suuuuucked balls!

My stay was eye opening as to the differences from Extended Stay in Ga to Extend Stay in Fort Lauderdale. We stayed at the hotel in GA and it was clean, updated, and served hot breakfast I would rate a10/10 for the price. However, I was shocked by the contrast of the rooms at my recent stay at Extended Stay in Fort Lauderdale. The room smelled old, stale and like an animal was recently in the room. In addition the carpet was filthy and the overall appearance was old. Definitely was not worth $500 for 2 nights.

Booked a 2 bed & 1 sofa sleeper. Upon arrival, they did not have the room available. Staff member was amazing at accommodating us in a smaller room since nothing else was available within distance. Room was spacious. Hotel traffic is loud.

Initially it took us about 30 minutes to get check in and the door would not open. The manger who was there keep blaming me as if I was opening the door wrong, it was not until she came and checked herself that the door would not open it was a nightmare

They changed or reservation, type of room. Tried to blame me for the error and didn't offer any solution. The only person that could have helped us was the manager who wasn't there until the next day. The people at the frint desk where inderstanding but they had no solution besides listening to me.

The front counter clerk Brittany was very customer friendly and ensured that all amenities needed were in our room. She also helped with us working the washers and I would highly recommend this place to any family traveling on vacation.

The hotel looks good in pictures but when you arrive, it's horrible from the time you check in to the arrival to the room. The front desk seemed not to know anything about the area. The sofa bed was sunk right in the middle. The room was supposedly smoke free and it smelled like someone had just smoked. The showers looked dirty. Did not feel safe for my family. I would not recommend this hotel.

Ummmm… Just no. It is overpriced, run down and not to mention the cockroach that tried to hitch a ride back to MN. It has no cozy, welcoming, vibe and did I mention the cockroach that was on my suitcase?! EWW!! $300 some dollars for 2 nights. That’s what I get for wanting to go with an inexpensive place closer to the airport. I can see where it’s a place of refuge for some but for people who can afford to stay elsewhere, do it.

The carpet floors everywhere need to be changed desperately; they carry an odor that can’t be eliminated; it wasn’t a queen bed, but a full; the initial room they gave me hadn’t been cleaned; overall a bad deal for the amount of money they charged
