Ulasan Hotel Amaris Kuta - Bali

The location was perfect. There is an M-Mart In front of the hotel. There are dispensers available in the corners of each floor of the hotel. It only takes 5 minutes to get to the beach.

the wifi is unworking , location is near beachwalk mall but the way acces a bite small , and its fit for motorcycle; the staff with grate attitude and very helpfull-

a lot of small cockroach in the room,not enough parking lot for cars,no heateer in room,we need to go to end of corridor to get hot water in dispencer

Good service, room is clean and the food is 6/10 all clean water works good 👍🏾✨

The cleanliness is very poor, I came to the room and its smell so bad. During the stay, the electricity also shut down for few many times. At night, we can also heard our neighboor activities because the wall is very thin. But highly appreciates for the staff whose really warm and welcome us! they also help us so many things. I’d would recommend the management to do some maintenance about the cleanliness and the AC. Overall, the food was okay, so lovely. Thank you.

They have free takjil. And ouch despite a budget hotel they have also egg corner

The rooms did smell bad and we're very small. The TV also didn't function. On the plus side the breakfast was very good and they enabled me to change the room.

The standard price is $15. That's a stretch. Thanks to the staff, they at least somehow fix the situation. Breakfast is a buffet. The protein was fish in batter, soup. Breakfast, by the way, is normal (I'll attach a photo). The pool is dirty, shabby. Room 526 smells of sewage. The walls need to be painted, the bed linen is washed out and gray. On the floor, guests were yelling and smoking. There is very little space in the room. A small window and that's it. We paid $30 for this horror. This is very expensive for this hotel. Very!!! The hotel needs to do a major overhaul at least or reduce the price.

We stayed only for a night. Breakfast - buffet. Beach, shops, currency exchange - everything nearby. We saw two cockroaches in the room.

The pillowcases and bedsheets are not very clean. The location is a bit far if you walk to the beach. The only thing that is quite good is the food.

The room is very dirty, many walls are damp, the room smells bad, the swimming pool seems to be rarely cleaned because it is proven that the smell of chlorine is very pungent & the water feels sticky on the body, the hallway is dirty & smells of cigarette smoke because many other guests smoke in front of the room, I even met a guest who smoked in the elevator. In the hallway at the end of the room there is a lot of cigarette butt litter scattered. I am very uncomfortable with conditions like that because I bring my family, especially my 2 small children. "Please fix the conditions like what I have reviewed above so that more guests will recommend the hotel

The hotel is decent but unfortunately the annoying thing is the WiFi is very bad.
