飛機晚點，到酒店已經半夜11點了。前台姑娘非常熱情的幫助辦理了入住。酒店很新，設施不錯，衞生也很好，早餐豐富，房間礦泉水供應充足，還給小朋友提供了拖鞋、牙刷和行李箱掛件。來和田，希爾頓歡朋酒店是不錯的選擇。

前台服務挺好，房間整體很不錯，衹是淋浴間地上還有不少長短不一的毛髮沒清理乾淨，最差的就是早餐廳，早上才9點半，熱菜品就幾乎空了卻沒人補，也沒有冰塊，而且有人説著聽不懂的語言在餐廳裏一邊大聲打視頻電話一邊把好多餐點打包裝走服務員也不提醒，也不補餐，算是最差勁的早餐了

好多人都説這家酒店在和田最好的酒店 無論衞生，服務都很好，所以我也住了下來，首先前台服務真的絕了 很細心，各個長得特別好看，房間空間大，價格實惠，早餐很好吃，除夕晚上還給我們細心的準備餃子 ，退房的時候還有紅包拿 真的很不錯 超級推薦。
