Hotel Hot Springs Shirahama

Location: The hotel is about 5 minutes walk from the bus station Jiangjinliang, but there is a section of uphill road, walking is more tired. However, the hotel provides pick-up and drop-off from Baibin Station and needs to be reserved in advance. Food: Early and late are traditional Japanese meals. If you like raw cold food, you must like it. If you don't love seafood, it is recommended not to include meals. The hotel refrigerator drinks are free to drink, and 24-hour snacks milk and ice cream are also provided. Service: Very polite and polite, the waiter will take the initiative to say hello every day. Hygienic: The room is very new and the hygiene is very good. Hot springs: No large baths, all are private soup. Can see the sea, but far away. If you come back to Baibin, you will choose again.

The sea view room was great, very clean and tidy, beautiful and comfortable, private outdoor spring in the room, excellent for staying in the room. However, the meals were very disappointed that were unexpected to cost about US$600 for a night including dinner and breakfast for 2 adults and a kid. In particular, the foods for my kid were unacceptable for this price. The restaurant was not clean and the staff were not attentive. We booked the room through Trip.com and mentioned we have a 9 years old kid with us. The staff said they have no such record and required me to prove. Luckily I have the booking record in my App and showed them we did. Then, they said it should be the problem from Trip.com. And then, they said ok and would cost 25000 yen extra for my kid. I accepted, and then they said they could not provide an extra bed for my kid and reduced the cost to 20000 yen, and I also accepted. As a customer, I felt this was not attentive and not polite to request me to prove I had mentioned a kid for the booking. That’s all fine, but the quality and taste for the meals were really unacceptable at this price range, the breakfast was horrible. At last, my case wasn’t a communication problem because the staff who talked to us wasn’t a Japanese and was a native English speaker. Anyhow, the facilities and the room of this hotel were excellent, but the meals and services were not worth for this price.

We are self driving from JR Wakayama to Shirahama about 2 hours, nice place and good location because can see the sunshine with nice beach view. The onsen is super nice view face to the beach/sea and peaceful. Hotel breakfast is very delicious with traditional Japan and Western style , there is alot of choice too. The staff is helpful to carry on our bag and luggage. The hotel reception have a convenient shop for us to buy the souvenir. I will be back again, thank you!

The room is not as old as it looks in the photos. The price-performance ratio is high for one night and two meals. Xiao Bai of Kaiseki cuisine is satisfied. There are free drinks and coffee in the lobby in the afternoon, and free wine after 7pm. There is a white sand beach outside the hotel lobby, and you can see Yuanyue Island in a 6-minute walk. At 6am, I went to the second floor to take a bath, which is equivalent to a private bath, looking at the blue Pacific Ocean👍. After all, the hotel is a bit old, and there is a musty smell in the room. Just keep the dehumidifier on, and sleep anyway.

Very nice hotel with fantastic view as I booked ocean view . Breakfast has wide range of choice n even I take for 2 days will still able to enjoy . The inside room internet was weak though the lounge area was stronger .

🩵Location: I bought a three-day ticket for the Meiko bus on my phone in advance. I got there when I got off at Zouyu Station. I was facing Shirarahama Beach🏝️, which was very cool😻! There was a lady at the door to greet me, and there was also a waiter who could speak Chinese. She was a very gentle and lovely lady🫶🏻 💙Full sea view room: Because I was in Shirahama for 3 days and 2 nights in total, I planned to book a cheaper room on the first night and booked late. There was only the last Japanese-style room. I used Ctrip points and the room price was less than 1,000, but it was really a surprise🤩! The Japanese-style room is very spacious, and there is a bed-making service at night. The highlight is this first-line sea view balcony🌊, which is worth the price! And the bathrooms are all newly renovated~ 🩶Hot spring hotel: If the only thing this hotel lacks is that there is no outdoor hot spring, everything else can be given full marks. On the left hand side of the hotel is Nagakyu Izakaya, and a little further ahead is Lawson convenience store.

Very good. The service of the store is very good. The front desk can speak Chinese. The people are super gentle. The sea view is worth it. It is very beautiful. It is very comfortable to soak in a hot spring after a day of shopping. Recommended! (The room is a bit big and may be a bit cold. Then my friend and I are not used to the Japanese breakfast. But it is still very convenient and comfortable to eat in the morning. It depends on your opinion.

Industrial style design, simple and bright, very cool! You can share the hotel's hot springs, 👍... The location is very good, you can walk to the attractions! The pastries in the lobby are very delicious 😋! Sitting by the infinity pool facing the Pacific Ocean, soaking your feet and watching the sunset, a very special experience!

The Japanese-style room of this hotel can accommodate up to 4 people, which is very suitable for our travel combination of one person and two children. The Japanese room is charged per person, and if 3 people stay, they will be charged for 3 people. The room faces the sea directly, the scenery is good, and the hot spring is also a sea view hot spring. There is no one at all, and the experience is very good. The overall feeling is good.

After the final exam, I made a promise to bring my baby to Japan to play. I just got off the plane and rushed to the Haiyue Hotel. Mr. Bai arranged a Taiwanese girl to pick us up at the station. Foreign country meets the country voice, kind! The next day, Mr. Bai personally drove us to the three-section wall and other attractions to play, and told the story of the song and sob behind these attractions! Booked room one berth and two meals, famous chef, rich breakfast, dinner wall! Clean and quiet hot spring hotel, almost every time! After soaking, there are free ice cream, seven flavors! There is a laundry room, take the baby out to save worry and effort... Come back for summer vacation!
