I took my two kids to check in at Heilongtan Club Med while traveling to Chengdu. Four people stayed in a family suite and took the all-inclusive package. In particular, it was a bit of a spoilsport to attend the party in the evening with a strong hot pot flavor. I personally think that the buffet is more suitable for family dining. In comparison, the breakfast and lunch on the second day were much richer, and the children had more choices. Although there were some minor episodes during the check-in process, the hotel GO Jayne responded quickly, the feedback communication was timely, and the management Tony always communicated and solved it as soon as possible. He gave a very sincere solution. Every hotel cannot guarantee 100% customer satisfaction, but they can provide 100% customer satisfaction solutions after encountering problems. This time, Heilongtan did it. Therefore, I will choose to stay in this resort again. I hope they can do better in parent-child details in the future.
