TTamuThis is a great little motel! Extremely clean and the friendliest staff I have ever come across. It was a pleasure staying there. The front desk was informative, kind, and courteous. She knew the area and even walked outside with us to explain.

TTamuLocation is good! I got house keeping once in 5 nights. My friend`s room got no house keeping in 5 nights. Staffs are friendly. Price is reasonable.

TTamuA nice place to stay. A good large open room. Beds are comfortable. Unit is self contained with Microwave, Toaster, Jug, Crockery and Cutlery. Unit was clean and you could open windows for fresh air and a glass door leading to a patio which was a bonus.Ryan in Reception was very friendly helpful and eager to help with anything. There is a carpark at the back of the Motel and it is close to the RBH hospital. In the morning we had these beautiful parrots 🦜 coming to say hello sitting on our patio.

TTamuThe location is excellent, it is a good clean basic motel. Needs a little soundproofing done on stairs and under doors. We had somebody above us start leaving at 5am. By the time they did leave at 5.45, slamming the door dragging their ports down the stairs whilst talking past our door I was well awake.

SShell RNClose to the airport, easy to find. Had no trouble with train noises once asleep. Room was clean as well as the bathroom.
On the negative and really not that big a deal is that the undercover parking is limited and spaces not very big.
Also Watch the bottom step in the dark. Miss stepped going down at 4.30am as I didn't see the bottom step and landed on my knees. Could do with a bit more lighting at the bottom of the stair.

TTamuTerrible experience. First they wanted my secrete bank code to put a hold on the room, when I asked why they wanted a code that my bank explicitly said not to give out, they said it’s standard procedure, even though I had already payed for the room through ***********. Then I got to the motel, and the food code wouldn’t work because their instructions were wrong. They call a hash mark a check mark or a bell?! Then I realised that this place is unmanned, and also doesn’t have an elevator. So I was forced to leave my luggage in the hallway downstairs as I couldn’t lift it up the stairs myself. The air conditioning was off on the room when I got there, so the room was unbearably hot. One I turned it on and it ran for an hour, it’s starting making an unbearable sound, so I had to turn it off. Would not recommend!

NNurinZihan VLogThe location so convenient,near to Brisbane international airport. We booked 2bedrooms and stayed 1night before our departure flight on the next day. We like the place ,so clean and comfort for us. Except there is no elevator ,and our room was at 2nd floor. We had disable mother, pity to her.she was struggled to go up and down.

DDAN63Lokasi yang bagus, dekat dengan lembah yang ramai - Rumah bangsawan berada di daerah yang tenang - harus datang lebih awal untuk mendapatkan tempat parkir di properti atau beruntung jika mendapatkan tempat parkir gratis di jalan pada akhir pekan. Satu-satunya masalah kenyamanan adalah AC-nya terlalu berisik untuk tidur.

TTamuChecking system is shocking had to ring to obtain code for the Hotel and then for the room. The first codes given didn't work had to phone again for another lot of codes. There is no free phone for this service. All at the clients expense. Not a good checkin system at all. There were many other people experiencing that same problem GET IT SORTED
