It is a really big room in Hong Kong which is a golden city although in荃湾 but really easy to catch meteo

Overalls are acceptable, room space are big, service is good, clearness need to improve. Location need to walk for a short distance to reach train station and bus station, restaurant will need like 10 to 15 minutes walk.

If you don’t mind with the location this hotel is your choice, they provide basic amenities only water and tooth brush they didn’t provide it in the room but there is pantry in the corner to refill your water , there is also 7 11 down there , they provide free shuttle bus to metro plaza and back , walk to the nearest metro is approximately 10 minutes ( tai wo hau ) Red line, the room is spacious, they clean the room and change the towel everyday thank you to ah king the house keeping lady she is very friendly and helpful, will definitely comeback and book again

Have stayed in this hotel many times. Next to a busy main road. Nearby buildings are factories or warehouses. Walk ten minutes to a small local mall with supermarket and restaurants. Walk twenty minutes you can a old village house converted as a museum, free.

The location is great, there is a 7/11 right next door, there’s a mall about a 10 minute walk and the MTR is also a 10 minute walk (just straight up the road). There is also a cafe and restaurant on site. The hotel also has a shuttle that goes to the metro plaza daily. The room was good, clean and the size was good for a solo traveller. The staff were courteous but the house keeping staff were so lovely and friendly! I was ill the one day and stayed in my room and one came in and did her thing so softly and then left quietly again. I would definitely recommend!

I had a good stay at the hotel. The room was clean and the staff was friendly, which is always good.

I think that it is not convenient for traveling a-lot due to it far from center of travel especially for Kowloon area.moreover the bus for support at hotel stop too early.

Very good experience & clean , some more got free shuttle bus to kwai fong station . So easy & convenient . Follow the time table & do the shuttle bus booking .

Very convenient, close to the metro, all you need in a hotel which has a good price for Hong Kong.

The hotel is about 5mins walk to the nearest metro station. There is a shuttle bus service to another metro station, but you need to book it with the front desk in advance, and it’s quite popular and always fully booked, I never tried it during my 5-day stay. They also provide a locality map with plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, very useful! Cleaner cleans my room every morning, very helpful. There is only 1 outdoor water dispenser per floor, might need to walk a bit to get drinking water. Overall speaking, considering the price, I think it’s quite worth it. And metro in HK is super fast, so staying a bit far from city center is okay to me.

On the first day of my stay, I smelled cigarettes in the room, which shouldn't be there, but the other services were all good.

Checked in again after two days came back from china. They upgraded my room. Thanks for the bigger room. Counter Staff was friendly. Although abit far from town but accessible to nearer mall via free shuttle or local bus which is two stations away to MTR stations. The housekeeper did their excellent job to ensure cleanliness everytime when back to my room at night everything was nicely organized and clean. Thanks for the great service

Very good experience, good service and the customer service and workers are very helpful, will book again. Have shutters bus to Kwai Fong MTR station, very convenient. Good hotel to stay.
