Fasilitas hotel bobrok, wallpaper retak dan rusak, TV berisik, dan ubin lantai di pintu jelas ternoda. Kamarnya cukup besar, tapi tidak ada pemandangan di luar jendela. Satu-satunya keuntungan adalah lokasinya sangat nyaman. 

Hotel yang sangat buruk, saya tidak akan merekomendasikan siapa pun untuk menginap. Penerimaan dan penyambutan sangat buruk, permintaan kami tidak dipenuhi. Mereka mengambil deposit dari kartu kredit dan bank kami akan mengembalikannya setelah satu bulan. Mereka tidak menerima pembayaran tunai dan kami menjadi korban.

Kami memiliki pengalaman yang bagus.

Kurang bersih, checkin agak lambat Sandal itu sepertinya dipakai oleh seseorang Kamar berbau Hanya perlu 3-4 menit berjalan kaki ke stasiun kereta bawah tanah, sangat nyaman.

Location is the best. The hotel is small. The elevator is being repaired.

Well located serviced apartments. Spacious rooms.

Conveniently located, comfortable hotel just a few minutes walk from Hong Kong station if you're coming into town from the airport. Rooms are relatively large and nicely appointed with a work desk, fridge and kettle with a small selection of tea and coffee samples. There's no bottled water but there's a 7/11 just a minute's walk from the foyer. Best of all, you're surrounded by a plethora of cafes and restaurants to suit all budgets.

These are serviced apartments - I had the one bedroom executive and it was really great: separate lounge, kitchenette with coffee machine, fridge and microwave. Really comfy bed and great en suite. I've market down on facilities because of the serviced apartment nature: there's no bar/restaurant, though plenty in the very near vicinity. There's no pool (in case you see that one photo on trip advisor!).

Service was absolutely terrible. Had 2 big luggages and 3 bags, the service staff did not even bother helping. Really disappointing for the price Location was good though Room was decent, leaking shower though

Location is all right, 5 minutes walk from bars and restaurants although it looks isolated. 2 minutes walk from the subway station. The rooms are not what is shown in the pictures at all. They are outdated. For this price there are much better options. Not suggested

Comfortable room size, comfortable bed, comfortable stay. Cleanliness of shower and lounge can be improved.

Great location nd hotel. Best rooms in Hong Kong for the price point.

The executive room is exceptionally clean. It smells good too. Location is convenient as well only 5 mins from MTR station. It has a laundry room on the 2nd floor which free of charge. But you will need to buy detergent at front desk or prepared by yourself. Highly recommended!
