Very pleasant experience, walkable distance from various MTR lines and good connectivity with the buses as well.

Stayed here 15 years ago n it's been largely the same. Excellent location and room size was huge. Only downside was i was having a nap in the afternoon when a housekeeper knocked very loudly abielt rudely on the door asking if i wanted the room cleaned. All these while my Do Not Disturb button was on ! I would still highly recommend this hotel considering it is abit dated but the price at USD 130 per night is reasonable.

All the things are perfect here just except the service, if you expect sth like warm welcome you’ll not get it, they just doing business, so cool.

The location is perfect and stuff is polite. The views from harbour are stunning and easy to access from hotel territory.

We paid over $300+ (USD) and booked the “Deluxe Harbour View Room”. Upon check in we were shown to a room the had no harbour view. When I enquired with the manager I was told that I needed to upgrade to a “Sea View Suite” for more money. They moved me to a second room which also had no harbour view (and also stank of cigarette smoke). By this point I was becoming frustrated and asked for the hotel manager to come and see me (after speaking to the manager of the service centre over the phone and multiple check on desk staff who were also argumentative and of no help). I couldn’t believe how argumentative and childish the manager was; listing hundreds of excuses and saying that he couldn’t smell the cigarette smoke. Even said that they cannot put the real picture online otherwise people wouldn’t book! Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever had. After much back and forth and debate they finally moved me to a partial harbour view room but by this point I had a very bad feeling and felt cheated. The bathroom had mould in them. The hotel smelt very musky. I wouldn’t stay here again and wouldn’t recommend. They are con artists and so rude. They disappoint the service industry and the Hong Kong tourism board. There are far better hotels with much better prices. The breakfast was a disappointment too. Will never be back!

The beds are very uncomfortable, hard as rocks. beds are small in size . Small rooms are very inadequate. cleaning is not good. I would not choose it again and do not recommend it. I couldn't rest.

Booked the harbour view but not direct view. Was informed all the room is only corner view and when ask the front office, was told its only corner view and the photo in trip page is not real. Really disappointed having to pay extra for such view. Direct view is a building

We enjoyed our stay here at the Royal Pacific Hotel. Everyone was very kind and understanding. They were all courteous and accommodating to our needs and wants. As the location was ideal, it has been a wonderful stay. During Christmas time, they had a Car Boot Christmas Market! It was a lot of fun going around there and exploring the market right next door!

This is very good hotel and very good location but problem is they you have to but everything from the front desk.

This time, I was assigned to a disabled-access room (#2122) at the beginning, which was not suitable for my needs. The bathroom had additional handles that were unnecessary, and there was no bathtub—only a shower curtain. The sink was positioned at a low level, and the bed was also lower than standard. Furthermore, the room was not well-maintained; I noticed faded wallpaper, stains on the walls, and damage to the wooden bedside table. When I approached Reception counter again, Manager Joseph changed the room (#1922) for me and a normal room was given to me which I appreciated for Joseph’s prompt action as well as the help from Concierge staff Anson. Only the mini-bar fridge was not cold enough other than that the new assigned room is ok.
