the best thing about this place is it’s location. it is close to so many tourist attractions, near bus stops and MTR station, as it is located at the heart of TST. however, the cleanliness of the place is not the best. i’ve seen several cockroaches. the lift has a weird smell. it was also a bit warm even if the aircon is on. the room itself is a bit tiny so manage your expectations.

I really find this hotel cool. No front desk, no problem. I was worried at the beginning but they send me the detail way to get the key for the room on time. The room was small but reasonable with the price of the room.

Easy to self checkin, easy to checkout. I arrived early so i left my luggage at luggage storage area, it is free to use. Room was clean, and had all facilities. Windows can be opened for more ventilation. Two suggestions would be : 1. Storage room could have some sort of security either applying to all residents or per resident preventing any potential loss or mixup of luggae. 2. Also main door sometimes does not close properly on its own unless we forcefully shut it and therefore on rare occasions anyone could enter leading to loss of security. The door spring /mechanism should be finetuned /fixed.

the location was perfect; it's very near many shops, like famous restaurants, other tourist attractions, and transportations. The room was very small especially the toilet, we could barely move inside, but if you are a budget traveller i think this would be good.

Amazing, surprise and much more than expected.The Yule guesthouse is in a great location. The owner of the house is very helpful and has a good security. There is full amenities like a hotel. The small room was not a problem for us at all but was comfortable and warm. ** There is a bathroom in the room.**

We arrived earlier than expected, but our check-in was at 2 pm but the landlord allowed us to check in early. I talk to him since our luggage are big and heavy we don't have a place to go to leave our things. We were 7 people and we booked 2 rooms but the other room was rented to a different side of the building, so I talked to him and asked if my friends could leave their things in our room while we were waiting for our friends to settle and he said yes. This is far from what I expected. He was so kind to welcome my friends and go the extra mile to allow us to check in early. But no worries we check out early 2hrs before our checkout time. We are all exhausted but this owner never hesitates to welcome us. The room is enough for us I wasn't able to take a picture but what you see is what you can expect. This is my second time in Hongkong and I will be back in this place. 10mins walk to the nearest tourist pot and MTR. Very convenient and the owner is very accommodating and will answer all your questions. This place has a heater, towels, shampoo, soap, slippers, electric kettle, blower, and fast internet and is very clean. Love it!

This is the best place we stayed in Hong Kong. It was very accessible to bus and train station. Actually you have to two access to MTR around 50 steps on each side from the entrance of the building 😊. Bus station was just in the front of the building. Restaurants all over the place. Same as 7 elevens. Near to shopping center like few steps away. Money changer, just across the street. If you are going to the ferry and it’s raining you can just take the subway it has access to it. And don’t worry about getting soaked. The room was nice, safe and had friendly owner. It has available towel, soap and shampoo, kettle, slippers and universal socket. And a much appreciated is that he let us to take early check in for like 3 hours. You can also ask the owner regarding directions, locations and things you might need on your stay. We enjoy our stay and looking forward to go back soon. And we stayed at this place for 5 nights. No complains at all.

The mail advantage of this hotel is its location, the host should be a little bit more attentive to his guests and provide a short instruction how to get to the hostel

Very nice hotel in the heart of Hong Kong! The room is small, but it added a Hong Kong feel to my trip. The owner does a great job and service, leaving everything you might need from slippers to lighters. Also on the 1 floor you can find the laundry. A huge shoutout and thanks to the owner! Definitely recommend!

The room was very clean & the person in charge is always quick in replying any queries. She/he makes sure we are assured with all the answers given. Very good locations with many eateries around. Very accessible from the airport as well. Would stay again soon for our next trip !!

This place is self check-in but it's no problem since the place has a phone in front of the unit. And there are many ways you can contact the owner via whatsapp, Line. The room is small as usual but it has everything. there's a kettle and a small fridge inside the room. Amenities are alright. Location is right at Tsim Sha Tsui.

The guesthouse is in a very good location, making it quick to go most places around the city. The room is very small, as expected in Hong Kong. It was clean and served the purpose for a place to sleep for a few days.

It’s difficult to find the location, there are no clear instructions of which entrance of building needed, and which elevator to take. Then on the door we find out it’s self registration, and further information such as door codes was supposed to be sent before arrival. What if guests didn’t had the internet connection? Isn’t it better you inform in advance? Room was smaller than expected, walls are not isolated, you could hear other guests speaking whole night. Put a warning for guests to keep quiet after 23:00 or something.
