Ulasan HOTEL LiVEMAX Osaka Umeda Nakatsu

There isn’t a way to leave luggage since check in is late at 3pm and reception opens at 1pm. One of the staff rudely asked me to leave the lobby under chilly conditions while I was trying to book an Uber to leave the hotel. I cancelled all intents to book on the next day. The place is generally clean though and worth the money paid.

The hotel room is relatively small, near Nakatsu Station, the service time is 13:00 ~ 22:00, the check-in time is 15:00, there is no one at the front desk at other times, and there is Internet in the hotel

Livemax have many branches near train stations. Very convenient. However, nagatsu station is a bit quiet and no food or convenience shops at night. Need to walk 10min. This branch also older and so there are water dripping sound heard from my room which affect my sleep.

It's about 10 minutes away from Jinjin Station. The room is relatively small. Since I stayed for two days, I didn't ask for the room to be cleaned. There is a restaurant nearby that serves fried food, which is very delicious.

I stayed here on the day of the fireworks festival. It was easily accessible, about a 20-minute walk from the venue, and the interior was nice and clean.

The hotel chain is still very reliable. It is better than the one I stayed in before. The hygiene and other things are pretty good. Why do you need a bicycle at this price?

I stayed here because there was a shop I wanted to visit near Nakatsu Station the next day. Because it's Livemax I felt safe, the room was clean, and it was quiet at night. Although it's pretty much along the station, the walk from the station to the hotel is quiet and a little dark. However, I didn't feel unsafe. I'm very grateful to be able to stay at this price, and it's a hotel I'd like to stay at again.

Perhaps it is a characteristic of the old type of Livemax, that the front desk was unmanned for a long time. Of course, we will not be able to respond to you during that time. Many people were taking advantage of it, so it was noisy until late at night even on weekdays, and the customer quality was poor. The surrounding area is a residential area, but it's dark and there's a lot of shade along the elevated tracks, so it felt like it wasn't very safe. I think it's best to avoid going for work, with family, or as a single woman.

It's a little bit of a walk from the station, but there's a convenience store nearby, so it's convenient. Amenities and pajamas are provided, so you can stay comfortably. This is a hotel I'd like to stay at again.

Good hygiene, good location, recommended

The surrounding area is remote and close to the railway. It is hard to find and feels unsafe. The room is very small and it is difficult for one person to turn around. The most unsatisfactory thing is the poor hygiene! As soon as the bathroom door is opened, there is a strong smell of urine. I have lived in Japan for more than ten days, and this one is the most expensive and the worst. But the lady at the front desk is very nice. If she can't speak English, she will patiently answer questions with a translator.
