Ulasan Tai O Heritage Hotel

It was a pleasant trip with my parents and family. Total 5 ppl for 2 rooms. Rooms were clean and quiet. The dining area was big and staffs were friendly. It’s quite a distance from Tai O village to hotel for elderly people, but you could take a boat there before 4pm. Overall, we all enjoyed it so much!

Terrible, very bad customer service

Always wanted to come and this place doesn't disappoint at all. Incredible view of sunset and tranquility. A little stroll from the fisherman village where you see an unexpected side of Hong Kong. Highly recommend, worth every penny.

A very special historical hotel experience. Very friendly service. Highly recommend.

Besides the service, everything here was not value for money. The location requires a long journey in from Tung Chung, which isn't the fault of the hotel. It also requires a short boat ride or a 15min walk from where the cab dropped us off. The room was damp and humid, and the bed sheets also felt moist. It was quite uncomfortable for the stay (summer time) Also, our stay was interrupted by a loud alarm in the middle of the night, which is extremely unpleasant, even though the staff eventually let us change rooms. Overall wouldn't come back here, could have stayed somewhere with a better experience for the price. Manage your expectations when booking here

On April 27th, we booked a suite on the 2nd floor at the Tai O Heritage Hotel for one night on June 22nd. My wife and I took the Ngong Ping 360 to Po Lin Monastery in the morning, and after having an exquisite lunch at the Monastery’s vegetarian restaurant, we took bus No. 21 to Tai O. Arrived at the hotel at about 3 pm and completed the check-in procedure within 10 minutes. We were very happy to receive a lucky bag for the 10th anniversary of the hotel. A hotel staff warmly brought us upstairs to our room. We were told that it was a little bit difficult to unlock the door because the hotel wants to preserve the original structure and appearance of the wooden door of the Old Tai O Marine Police Station (120 years ago). Although a very skilful demonstration was given, it was a hard job for us to unlock the door because of the handicap of our age. In the end, we had to trust the security system of the Hotel and didn't attempt to lock the door at all. After the opening hours for public visitors at 6 pm, the environment of the Hotel was very quiet and relaxing. We like very much the rustic continental style glass-roofed restaurant: sitting at a small table facing the Tai O Bay, we had a feeling of enjoying the harvest of our lifework. We know that Tai O Heritage Hotel is a non-profit organization with a mission to protect cultural relics and historic sites in addition to providing hotel services, and because there are only 9 rooms (6 on the first floor and 3 suites on the second floor), it is a big constraint to run the business successfully, we also understand that the cost-effective of room charges and meal prices must not be on par with the 5-star Hotels in the city. We will be back, thanks!

環境清幽，一個可以避開市區塵囂的好地方，酒店餐廳食物唔錯，我們訂住的是地下套房，有一小廳和睡房，浴室和套厠，可能是很古舊的地方，浴室去水有淤塞，浴後的，shower room 地台水浸，其它的床鋪用品都很清潔，感覺舒適

想入住此酒店已有一段時間, 終於今次可以得償所願♥️ 所以由酒店外貌,設施, 服務,食物 水準,衛生狀況等... 我都非常滿意💯 我也會推薦給朋友 ,因為這個是香港很有特色及難得的文物古蹟酒店。 但入住要注意他都要經過長途路程：搭車轉車同步行😅 但風景很美 都很值得的✨

酒店有睡房、有客庁、还巿兩个衛浴，比期待的好。 在走廊上拍照看風景、美。 職員聰慧、善解人意、樂意解答和建議。

衞生：很好 設施：房間不錯👍夠大，乾燥，就是晚上門外總是有聲響；飲水機在樓上，上下接水要走户外樓梯，腿腳不好的會很辛苦；酒店離車站或碼頭有二十多分鐘，酒店房間、餐廳、大堂之間也需要步行上下；腿腳不便的需要注意 環境：不錯 服務：OK

第一次去大澳⋯住在有歷史的大澳文物飯店，真的餓很特別，房間很大，床跟枕都都很舒服，往窗戶要看就是一整片大海，超美的，尤其他們的早餐非常的豐盛好吃，真的值得住宿一晚👍

是一個好合適一家人度假地方，唯一提醒就是記得帶的食物入來。因為假期選擇不多，只有士多。酒店可以整個小型supermarket, 我估當地居民都需要。

酒店充滿歷史感，能感受大自然，不妨一試。
