Upon entering the First Tracks Heaven condo in Steamboat, the first thing you will notice is the space was just painted, the kitchen appliances and light fixtures are brand new, and the king beds are plush memory foam mattresses. The kitchen is a chef's dream and professionally stocked with an air fryer, rice cooker, toaster, spice rack, knife block, gourmet olive oil, etc. The living room and bedrooms include a flat-screen smart HDTV with Roku. The deck with a sitting area off the living room that has great views of the ski mountain and Yampa Valley. The master bedroom has a connected full bath and ample closet space. The in-home office is set up off the kitchen next to a full bathroom and in-unit washer/dryer. You will have easy access to everything you need---restaurants, shopping, bars, grocery stores, all within a block or two.If you are here to ski or snowboard, you can take a short walk to the Gondola or choose the convenient winter ski shuttle.Our place was recently upgraded with new bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and new appliances, comfortable living room furniture and a brand-new 65 inch smart TV , including a variety of premium channels and Netflix/Roku capabilities.You'll find comfortable beds and flat screen TVs in both bedrooms. The Master has a KING bed with a Serta IComfort memory foam mattress and a modern attached full bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen and a twin-over-twin bunk bed. For extra sleeping space, the living room sofa pulls out to a queen bed. The second full bathroom was also been remodeled and is located in the hallway between the bedrooms and the living room . During ski season, you won’t need a car for the entire time you’re here because included in your stay is a complimentary shuttle that will pick you up right at our front door! You can get a lift to the slopes or virtually anywhere you want to go in town, including grocery stores, restaurants, breweries and more. We also have a heated private garage for one vehicle and covered parking available for a second vehicle, first come-first served. The adjacent full bath has a large vanity and a tub/shower combination.THE LOCATIONThis condo is ski-in/ski out, so you can cruise right down to the base area of the gondola and Steamboat Springs Ski Resort. The green ski run that is located out the back door of the condo complex is called Right-o-Way. Other winter activities include dog sledding, ice fishing, and snowshoeing.When the weather is warm, you can rent kayaks, tubes, and stand-up paddle boards and then head over to the Yampa River or the areas local lakes. Rent bikes and explore many of the areas amazing bike trails or the beautiful Yampa River Core Trail. There are countless hiking trails right out your back door and the surrounding areas. The condo itself is comfortably furnished with a king sized bed in the bedroom and a queen sized pull out couch in the living room. The unit will accommodate 4 people but would be most comfortable for two. There is a full kitchen that is well outfitted for cooking and eating in if you like.
