Elegant and modern 1 bedroom condo in the heart of Las Vegas. It is in a gated community just minutes from the strip, major freeways, shopping centers, and restaurants. This private condo unit will be furnished with a queen size bed in the bedroom. It has a great sized walk-in closet. The living room will have a sofa bed, 55 inch flat screen tv with Roku, and chairs perfect to lounge in and accommodate an additional 2 person sleeping area. The kitchen is equipped with brand new stainless steel appliances. A private laundry area with a full sized washer and dryer could also be accessed right in the unit which is located next to the kitchen. Kitchen essentials provided. Gated Community with amenities that include the use of the pool, spa, fitness center, and bbq area. Shopping centers and restaurants are just a 5-minute walk. The strip and major freeways are a 10-15 minute drive. One designated covered parking at no charge.This unit will be on the 2nd floor.
