THE SPACE:Enjoy high ceilings, polished concrete floors, a renovated bathroom, and chef's kitchen.The master bedroom has a queen bed, big windows, and plenty of closet space. All linens and towels are 100% cotton.There is also a full-size sofa bed with a plush mattress topper that we're happy to make up for you in advance - please request the sofa bed prior to arrival if you'll need it.A fully-equipped chef's kitchen has everything you need, including a coffee maker, toaster, blender, cookware and bakeware, olive oil, salt and pepper, coffee, tea, and sugar.In the renovated bathroom, we provide shampoo and conditioner, body wash, hand soap, a first aid kit, and a hairdryer.We also provide laundry detergent, an iron and ironing board, and a standing fan.Most importantly, our loft is deep cleaned between every guest.Please Note:Central AC is on from about May to October, and heat is on from November to April.
