Overall good, the service staff are friendly, everyone. The facilities are quite reasonable. Breakfast is very good. Especially the ancient porridge Breakfast has many types to choose from, very good, uncle sugar is very awe-inspiring, loves the cat.

This house is located near the historic site where you can walk around for sightseeing all day.
Getting in-out 5 mins to the centre of city, 8 mins to the big market by Tuktuk (a local taxi).

Excellent location in the quiet part of the city, near the ruins of the temple. A separate room with air conditioning was provided, the room itself is small, but since it is a separate house on the 2nd floor, there is a large shared living room with a kitchen and a refrigerator where you can cook breakfast or dinner, In the refrigerator for guests bottle with water, there is a soluble coffee, a teapot, a stove. There is also a workplace under your laptop and a TV sofa. Stable fast Internet. There is a washing machine and a gel for washing. In general, everything is necessary for comfortable accommodation. On the first floor, there are 2 bathrooms with a shower. The situation in the house is certainly not new, you get what you pay for, but inside everything was clean and clean.
A small area is adjacent to the house where you can park a car or a bike. The area is closed by the gate. The yard is full of green, in the evening a pleasant atmosphere creates a lot of girlland. Although it is in the city, the house itself is located in a quiet alley, in the morning you will wake up to singing birds, with a pleasant feeling of staying in the middle of the forest.
The settlement process is not difficult, before you enter you will get a detailed instruction with passwords from the locks. Just follow the instructions and everything will work out.
With the owners personally didn't meet, at the time of my stay of the neighbors, too, so I was the only tenant in the whole house.
Thank you to the host for hospitality, especially for the cold water in the refrigerator, as it is impossible by the way, after a hot day.

A very unusually decorated guesthouse, located 2 minutes from the temples. The friendly hostess will tell and help with any question: from a boat ride to bus tickets to Bangkok.
And although breakfast is not indicated on the card, it will be waiting for you in the morning: toast, muffins, fried/boiled eggs, tea/coffee and bananas - quite enough until lunch.
The only thing that was missing was good water pressure in the shower, but such are the realities of a flow-through heater. And there was only one towel per person, I would have liked more for hands and head. There was no closet in our room, only one hook with 4 hangers on it.
Overall, I recommend this guesthouse for the atmosphere and location

GGuest UserStaying at Baan Canalee was a fantastic choice. The host and staff were very friendly and accommodating. Despite arriving later than expected, they were willing to provide recommendations for dinner and even helped us call a tuk-tuk. The house itself was spacious and clean, and having a smart TV with access to YouTube was definitely a plus. Additionally, the common area by the riverside was a lovely place to unwind and relax after a long day of exploring.
If I have the chance to visit Ayutthaya again, I would definitely choose to stay at Baan Canalee once more. Overall, it provided a comfortable and welcoming environment with excellent customer service and thoughtful touches that made our stay more enjoyable.

GGuest UserCharming and rustic. Host was nice; he made an effort to check in on his guests and we had a wonderful conversation with him. Breakfast was very good; besides the usual butter and toast, we had their local 'kuehs' of banana in glutinous rice and fritters. They arranged a Tuk Tuk with a driver who spoke some English to take us around. Charges were reasonable.
Massage was available but the room for massage had no air con as it had broken down so the experience was not so favorable. It is also not easy to get around unless u have transport.

AAnonymous UserI stayed here with my family. It's located right next to the Ayutthaya ruins and can be reached on foot.
It's built like a good old Thai mansion, and it was a fun experience that was different from a business hotel. The air conditioning worked well, so we had a comfortable stay.
For breakfast, we chose from a variety of menu items and had it made, but it was plentiful and delicious. They even made sure we were full (lol).
The owner was always smiling and very comforting.

SSuchasinThis homestay is located right by the train station and near a 7/11. had one of the downstairs rooms with own toilet and shower.
The landladies are friendly and so is the dog, just too bad he is kept on a leash day and night :( ( Iasked for the reason but none was given).
From the hotel tours can be booked either by boat or tuktuk and the boot tour starts behind the homestay (and is very well worth it).
next door is a restaurant slash scooter rental.
I checked out earlier because of a change of plans but all and all it was good value for money.

GGuest UserThis hotel is excellent…… Stay here if you want a boat ride to a quiet river island location just five minutes from the town market centre pier. We didn’t know just how lucky we were going to be and booked the Hotel purely by chance. We are so glad we gave it a go …. The peace of this quiet Island retreat is charming .. the staff make you feel welcome and the food is great. I would definitely go back again

GGuest UserIt was the best experience. The host and staff of the inn were very kind. The room was clean, luxurious and had everything. When I woke up in the morning, I saw Ayutthaya illuminated by the morning sun. It was truly amazing. I was lent a bicycle and had a great time riding along the road between the two ruins. I stayed with my parents who are 75 years old. Highly recommended. Thank you so much.

BbosippnaAfter watching ”A Pair of Nature” last year, I decided to go to the big city. This is exactly what I imagined for a kunpi family: wooden stilt houses, living by the river, with wooden boats docked by the river, and overlooking the shore. You can also see the Chaiwatthanaram Temple in ”A Couple”. Sitting by the river at night, listening to the theme song, it seems that you can travel through time and space and return to the old city. Although there is no air conditioning in the room, it is not too hot. The toilets upstairs are open-air. If you are not used to it, there are also downstairs. The boss is an uncle who speaks English and is very good at talking. The lady boss always smiles and speaks very softly. The cooked food is very delicious, and can increase or decrease the spiciness according to the customer's request. What was particularly touched was that we left the room in the morning, spent a day outside, and planned to leave by train in the evening, and the lady boss happily asked us to wash in the bathroom. Just for such a humane place, I will come again next time I have a chance~(๑ᵔ⌔ᵔ๑)Dear uncle and untie, thanks for your enthusiastic hospitality, which makes me love ayutthaya more!

GGuest UserBeautifully situated next to the Chao Phraya River, literally inches away. Peaceful and serene, the vibe is tranquil and invites one to relax with a drink and chill. The grounds and common areas are well-mai Tai Ed and spacious, as was my room which was quite large with high ceilings and very clean. Though I was traveling solo, this inn is perfect for couples and small families. Great location being close to the many wats and an assortment of riverfront restaurants (mostly on the north side of the river, right over a very nearby small bridge). Will definitely stay here again when in the area.

GGuest UserWe loved staying here. Ayutthaya is beautiful and it's well worth it to rent bikes from the hotel to ride around the ruins. A word of caution, do not not try to put a child on the back rack of an adult bike. Our daughter got her foot caught in the spokes leading to a very bad sprain. The food at this hotel was amazing. We ate here for each dinner and every meal was outstanding. They were extremely kind when our daughter hurt her foot and we had a great stay. Highly recommended.
