The apartment is furnished, fully equipped and free private parking in front of the building, video surveillance. The apartment has all the facilities for a successful stay. Mini-market on the ground floor of the block. Quiet new neighborhood, with lots of greenery and park. Lotus Mall is a 2-minute walk away. Baile-Felix 4 km away.
