In June 2024 the renovation and energy requalification was completed and now it is a two-story villa divided into 3 independent mini apartments: Lu Sule, Lu Mare, Lu Ientu, which overlook a 10 thousand square meter plot bordering the Ionian Sea: during the day the view of the sea is breathtaking, at night the view of the starry sky is a real luxury. It is located 2.5 km from the city of Pulsano and the same distance from that of Leporano, in the province of Taranto. Salento begins here.Lu Ientu is a three-room apartment, a stone’s throw from the sea consisting of a large living room with a comfortable double sofa bed with slats (140cm), a kitchen and a separate kitchenette, a bedroom (140cm bed), a bathroom and a huge terrace with barbecue and outdoor shower.
