The cottage itself is quite small, but the spacious patio is more than enough for 4 people. Garden is very large and this also applies to the swimming pool (which owners sometimes swim in).

WWendyNg2205Absolutely stubbing! Our best hotel for this Europe trip of 2 weeks. Huge room, huge toilet with rain shower. Great hospitality and perfect location near the train station as well. Walking distance to attractions and nice restaurants. Well done!

AAnonymous UserFirst of all, this convenient environment is good! It is also a viewing hotel of the Leaning Tower of Pisa, and it is the Leaning Tower when you go out.
But! Very unreliable
On the first day we arrived, we were trapped in the elevator for 15 minutes, we couldn't get out, the elevator door couldn't be opened, the buttons were all black, and it was difficult to contact people. The staff taught us how to force the opening after coming. If you don't understand English or Italian as a foreigner, it will really collapse! After pressing the forced button, it will fall when it is all extinguished! The first reaction after getting out of the elevator is nausea and vomiting
The next day was even more funny. We told the hotel front desk one day in advance to let them help us set the taxi the next day and send us to the station! The hotel said that it was not necessary to decide. It was good to mention 5 minutes in the morning. As a result, we came 15 minutes before the next day. The result was almost half an hour and we couldn't call it. It directly caused our train to miss it and lost more than 100 euros.

GGuest UserThe place is squeaky clean. Thoughtful and friendly owner who provided us with loads of information when we arrived. The shared bathroom is huge, bright and spotless. Hair dryer, mouth wash, tooth paste, cotton ear buds etc you name it are all provided. However the shower cubicle is quite small. Conveniently located within 10 minutes walking distance between the airport and railway station. City centre is about half an hour walk away. The room is air-conditioned. All in all a very nice place. I would recommend it.

CClairmaThe location of the hotel is fabulous and the room itself was beautiful. It’s amazing to step outside your room and see the tower right there! Unfortunately I found the staff at check in to be fairly rude and not very helpful; I felt like I was annoying him by checking in. I booked this hotel specifically because it has air conditioning but it didn’t work and since the hotel staff go home in the evening there was nobody to help and we were unable to sleep due to the heat. Even though the location was amazing I probably wouldn’t book here again.

Beautiful, old building very centrally located.
Sights, city and places to eat are all within easy walking distance.
Check-in and check-out without contact with staff - no problems at all. Brief contact with staff over time, very friendly!
I had a large room with a balcony and a direct view of the Arno. Everything was very clean!
Small coffee and tea station in the hallway for free use.

GGuest UserIt's winter now, but it's usually cold at dawn because it only turns on the heater in the evening, but it was really warm because it turned on in the evening and turned on the heater again when it was cold at dawn. When I arrived at the hostel, I wanted to drink hot water, so I needed a coffee pot, so I brought it right away, so I could eat really warm water well, and the bathroom was clean.
It was located right away from Pisa Central Station and the bus to Pisa's Leaning Tower was right across the street, so I was able to go comfortably.

HHeather___Don’t be fooled by the photos. But in fact, when I arrived in the room, it turned out that the photo was taken and it felt very dirty...Because it is an old building, the wall is that kind of old wall, so it looks dirty, but it is actually the texture of the wall...The interior inside is very beautiful The lamps and tables all have old European style and are very comfortable. The front desk is also very standardized, all dressed in suits, very polite and friendly, and good English. The most beautiful is the top of the hotel room, which has a bit of the feeling of a wooden house on the Norwegian side, because it may be an old house with wooden beams rebuilt, but it looks better. The hot water in the bath is also very hot. There is no elevator. We have a lot of boxes. The front desk changed us to a low-floor room~ and the heating seems to be turned off in the middle of the night. Many hotels here seem to be like this in order to save costs but it will not be cold at night.
The breakfast is also quite rich, it is a normal continental breakfast, basically all.

JJacksonLovely hideaway, great room (pisa) and not too far from the tower! Featured a nice courtyard and a good sized shared kitchen. The room was spacious and featured air conditioning which was brilliant for the summer heat. Highly recommended for an easy spot to access pisa and the restaurants around.
