GGuest UserI have already given my review. My concern is with mmtrip. I was staying in this property for last two days. Through the app i wanted to extend the date, it showed an amount of rs 1538, i made the payment but it got unsuccessful. I talked to mm-trip customer care and asked them to resolve the issue as i tried twice but the payment was unsuccessful. They kept me on hold for 5 minutes and came out with a solution that i have to make fresh booking by paying rs 1800. I had to do that because i was attending my brother in nearby hospital. My only concern is either the app should not have been showing extension at that rate or i should have been compensated by mm-trip for having paid rs 262 extra.

OOI YEEIt is a nice budget hotel for short transit. They provide freshly cooked as tasty breakfast for the clients. We appreciate the quick response of the staff and they are very accommodating to our needs. Quick Wi-Fi.

RR.E.D.Friendly and helpful staff, good location, 20 minutes walk to the subway and Sealdah station. Located on a fairly quiet street, the room was decent for the price.

GGuest UserPropert says non-smoking but smoke in the window shield is still there. Very poor room service. Tv was not recharged and have to put in a complaint 3 times before it was recharged. Ambience is good close to market good parking space. Rooms are small to fit in 3 people as we made a booking we requested for early check in but was denied and after waiting for few hours they offered a room for 1800 rs for 2 hours which was a rip off when we arrived early they said no rooms available for the while week and completed booked out. Comementsry water we to ask them couple of times before they could provide one. Over all the room services was very poor i would have gone bad but just for the location and parking i give average

GGuest UserIt was a good experience staying there. It is my 3rd time, experiencing hospitality with them. Location and a good connecting esplanade and sialdah railway station within a minimal distance. Behavior of the staff is good.

채채한결It's right in front of Southern Street, and there are many things to do nearby, but I had a hard time because it was a little hot because I had a room without air conditioning! It was good though!
