The villa is located in an exclusive residential area.The nearest services, such as bars, restaurants and supermarkets are at only 5 minutes away by car.The nearest beach is only 8 minutes away by car. the nearest beach is: playa de torviscas. Playa de las Américas and Los Cristianos is 6 minutes away by car.The property is a two-story house. in the ground floor there is:- a fully equipped kitchen;- living area with dining table, sofas and TV;- Toilette.on the top floor there are:- 3 bedrooms;- 2 full bathrooms;- wide shared terrace.the pool is on the ground floor. It's 9x4m. The first 1.20m is a unique step where you can play safely with children and babies and put the sunbed / lounger on top. The pool is provided with an electric cover that helps maintain and increase the temperature of the pool throughout the day.
