No running, ball playing or throwing, pushing, wrestling, dunking or any other horseplay is allowed at any time Any person under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Pool area under surveillance at all times. NO DIVING HOT TUB/SPA RULES AND NOTICES: Maximum capacity: 12 people. No persons under 18 years old permitted at any time. For safety reasons, the hot tub is maintained at 104°F, there is no lifeguard on duty, and the area is not supervised, so no one under 18 is permitted to use it. Individual stay of no longer than 20 minutes at a time. No smoking, alcoholic beverages, or glass containers permitted. No person under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol may use the hot tub. Proper swim attire required at all times. Pregnant women and persons with health related illnesses should consult physician before entering hot tub. Management may eject from the pool area any Tenant, occupant, or guest who violates these rules, and fines in accordance with rules and regulations. Parking in the back of the house, street parking, and some grass in the back yard for your pet.
