Friendly stuff, the location is awesome, the room was ok but Not well soundproofed, I could hear the next room and bellow room conversation and music… hopefully they stopped at midnight!

Excellent stay as usual. I have stayed here many times over the past 15 years. Can't beat the location and they really do a good job at keeping the units clean which is very important to me. No frills like the big chains but the place is a two minute walk to the beach and has beach towels and chairs which is a huge plus. Thanks again!

While this isn't the fanciest place to stay, the staff was nice and the room was clean! The sheets and towels were soft and the bed was comfortable! The property is a brief walk to the broadwalk where there is an abundance of food, drink, shopping and culture. Oh and the beach is fabulous too! Plenty of things to do and see around here. We spent most of the time walking around and exploring the area. I had a wonderful stay here and would likely come back again.

Great spot, awesome deal for the price, beautiful location, facilities are not new, but maintenance is good.

Hotel is old and not renovated. Tiny, motel like front desk area, no chairs. Booked a standard room; it had a bed, 2 nightstands, a chair, a chair, tv, fridge, microwave, iron and ironing board; no coffee machine; small old bathroom with tub/shower, sink and a barely flushing toilet. Staff was friendly, helpful; asked if early check in was possible; they called as soon as our room was ready - approx 3 hrs before regular check-in time. They also advised on best dining and drinking places close by.

We stayed here for 2 nights before we left on cruise out of Miami. It was close to the boardwalk and beach. Lots to do within walking distance.

The check in was super easy and friendly. The room was clean, spacious and it was so quiet during the night. For someone who has trouble sleeping sometimes, quiet is so important. The bed was so comfy which it was hard to leave the room every time we went back to change and in the morning to get ready for breakfast. Hubby and I will definitely stay there again.
