Top 5-Star Hotels in Hoi An

Definitely recommend Mulberry, it is close to old town yet not too close, very convenient to get Grab and there are also shuttle buses to old town or beach. The entire ambience of the place is top notch, love the beautiful timeless decoration and design. It is well kept and clean, the staff are polite. The room is big and bed very comfortable. I have a lil balcony overlooking the pool, which is very comfortable and relaxing. There is also an adequate gym, 2 swimming pools, and good variety of breakfast buffet. If you are looking for a place in Hoi An, honestly, look no further. Mulberry resort is a good one.

It was great from the moment they opened the car door for us to the time they put us in the car with our driver. The welcome lemon drink was delicious and the customer service was great, Especially from Hien. Hien was really kind to us on our stay, great example of excellent service. The room was great as well & the pools. They also can help your organize your tours. ~Mei

Quaint little hotel that’s beautifully appointed. Huge room and bathroom with vintage claw bathtub. Walkable to the main street and the old town. Friendly attentive service as well. Small pool but we didn’t spend time there. Perfect place to start and end your Hoi An adventure!

Great location. Breakfast was diverse choices. Love the fresh seasonal fruits and sweet corners, and organic nut milk. Latte and Vietnamese coffee were delicious also. All staff were friendly, attentive and polite. The best part is noise cancellation, hardly hear anything from corridor and nearby street. Pool was clean with great tropical setting. Definitely come back.

Wonderful greeting with comprehensive but succinct overview of all services. Lovely room overlooking pool. Breakfasts are delicious with huge variety and high quality. Minor problem with a bill got sorted out very quickly by a text message. The location is perfect to walk to where all the action is, and importantly a nice walk back after eating dinner. Would stay again

Excellent stay for two girls. Hotel was very clean and beautiful. Location was away from the bustling ancient town but it was easy to get a Grab. We also walked back from the old town at night. It was a quiet route most shops closed but we didn’t feel unsafe. I would say the route felt safe but do still be vigilant. The staff spoke good English and there was no difficulty at all trying to communicate. Service was excellent, staff offered to help us to pack breakfast after knowing that we were checking out earlier than breakfast time. When our driver was late, staff was also attentive to look out for our driver by the street and offered to help us call and speak to our driver - all without us asking for help! Breakfast buffet was good and the views from the outdoor seats were fantastic. Highly recommended for a stay if you’re in the area!

AMAAAZING My 12 year old wanted to write the review 😊: La siesta is an amazing mini resort that has four swimming pools. I loved how I had a choice in what kind of pool to swim in, for example an infinity pool or a shallower one. The juices and drinks are all very refreshing. There was two restaurants, one with western food and another with Vietnamese food. All was delicious. The staff are all super polite and friendly and you receive some refreshing welcome drinks as you are checking in. The hotel looked stunning and is stunning. And even though it is close to a main road all sound is unheard. Me and my family rode some bikes into town which is not that far away. La siesta is so good that we have decided to return after 2 days! I would highly recommend La siesta if you would like a relaxing holiday by the pool side or sitting having a beer. Vi our welcome advisor was amazing as were all the staff in the restaurant and the gentleman who helped us with our luggage.

The breakfast is rich in variety and delicious. It can be eaten from 6 o'clock to 11 o'clock. It is very suitable for relaxing on vacation. There is also a shuttle bus to and from the city. The staff is friendly and the room has a balcony where you can sit and watch the sea view.

It's not a new, shiny, flashy hotel, but the calm atmosphere was very nice. I think most of the guests were older Westerners. It's on the outskirts of the old town, so it's not too noisy. But you can walk to the tourist center. We also used the free bicycle rental service. The pool isn't very big, but it's enough to cool down during the hot season. Everyone was relaxing while reading. The Vietnamese iced milk coffee we had at the minibar by the pool was very delicious. The breakfast buffet had so many dishes that it was overwhelming, and they were all delicious. We checked out early in the morning, so we couldn't have breakfast on our last day, but they prepared a big box of bread and fruit for us to take out. I was also interested in the beach resorts in Da Nang, but if you're planning on sightseeing mainly in Hoi An, I recommend this hotel.

If you want to spend a happy day in Hoi An, I recommend you choose this place. Quiet accommodation, comfortable sleeping, spacious swimming pool and friendly staff were all among the best accommodations.I wanted to stay for a longer time if I had enough time on the schedule, but I still feel sorry because I couldn't.There are employees who can speak both English and Korean, so I was able to stay happy without any inconvenience through comfortable communication. In fact, the toilet seat was the only disadvantage of the accommodation I stayed in.I went into the room and tried to flush the water, but the water didn't go down quickly and got stuck, so I waited a certain amount of time, pressed the lever to the end, and then I went down. That was the only problem.I always did that every time I used the toilet, so I think the accommodation should check the piping. I really liked it in everything except that, so if I go to Hoi An again next time, it was a hotel I really wanted to stay again. ps.
