Hoi An Son Phong Hotels

Good location, 5 min walking from the Hoian old town. It's a resort style with a swimming pool in the center, surrounded by different buildings of rooms. Suites are located on ground floor within the lobby building with a bigger TV screen and backyard accessing to the pool. The rare building rooms are normal standard, kind of dated. Buffet breakfast offers western and Vietnamese food, mediocre level.

Really nice hotel and the service is top notch. We got a free upgrade to a premium room as I requested for 2 family rooms to be side by side. Highly recommend.

Very clean and cozy hotel. Like the breakfast too!! Use Google map to navigate to the small alley but it's totally easy to find the villa. Quiet area to stay and we have our own villa to our self. Nice and comfortable stay in hoi an.

The location is excellent, very close to the ancient town, easy to get a taxi, you can avoid flooding during the rainy season, and all the famous snack bars are nearby. The room layout is also very good, with all the necessary facilities and equipment

I had the pleasure of staying at Hoian Central Hotel and was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional customer service provided by the staff (Jasmine, Lien (spelling could be wrong) and Anna. From check-in to check-out, they went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The breakfast offerings were surprisingly varied and delicious. While the amenities were standard, the hotel's focus on service more than made up for it. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is its commitment to integrity and customer care. After checking out, the staff discovered a Visa card left behind and promptly messaged me to arrange its return to my new hotel. This level of honesty and consideration is rare and truly appreciated. Updown hotel is relatively north, it is very convenient from Da Nang. But the ancient city of Hoi An is not big, so you can walk anywhere, 10 minutes walk to the river. The room facilities are good, with a small balcony nice. Watch the sunset and drink a little wine in the evening. Breakfast is not as rich as a star-rated hotel, but there are chefs who make egg rolls and omelettes, and the ingredients are quite fresh. There is a swimming pool on the roof, which is great.

Parfait correspond à la description , la dame à l’accueil parle anglais vous renseigne sur les excursions et réserve . Elle répond au demande si besoin vraiment serviable. Très contente de mon séjour , je le recommande.

The staffs were fantastic !! They were one of the best hospitality staffs there. We killed some time in the hotel lobby for a taxi to the airport due to delaying our flight. One staff was very caring our flight and she treated us some hot tea and some snacks. It touched our heart. Of course, the room was comfortable, clean, enough towels… I highly recommended to stay this hotel!

Bad choice! We had chosen this guesthouse for its many references. The hotel is charming, well located, and the welcome was attentive. The rooms - small - are modern, recently renovated and very clean. We booked 2 nights on site. But the first morning, we were woken up at 7am by the noise: the owners had decided to renovate and break down the walls of the room below us. Jackhammer, blows from clubs, music and shouts from the workers... so it was impossible to sleep! We then understood why we were the only guests of the hotel. It was impossible to negotiate an early departure: 2 nights being booked in advance we had to stay and suffer the same thing the next morning. Barely an apology, not a commercial gesture when the laundry done on site was billed twice as expensive as elsewhere. What a shame.

pretty good! It’s a bit far from the ancient city for ten minutes! It is very convenient to rent a motorcycle!
