I booked this hotel for my parents and the outcome was excellent. My mom unfortunately had a leg injury and the staff went above and beyond to look after her. Thank you so much. Location pristine, rooms very comfortable and spacious, beautiful scenery, friendly staff, excellent food. Highly recommend.

The rooms were comfortable and equipped with excellent air-conditioning, which was a lifesaver during the hotter parts of the day. It ensured a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere indoors, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. One of the highlights of my stay was the resort's great pool. It was clean, well-maintained, and inviting, offering a perfect spot to cool off and relax. Whether you want to swim a few laps or simply lounge by the water, the pool area is a wonderful place to spend time. Overall, Palm Garden Beach Resort offers a great combination of natural beauty, comfort, and excellent amenities. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

Amazing 5*star hotel. The staff are attentive and friendly. Great breakfast buffet- with all homemade pastries and bread. The hotel’s facilities are great- it’s on the beach, many sun beds, lovely swimming pool. I would highly recommend the spa- it also has a stream room, sauna and jacuzzi. The rooms are spacious and cleaned everyday. Big, comfortable beds. Strong air con and TV with Netflix. The cleaners are on the ball and the room always smelt lovely. Our room had a lovely big bath with constant running hot water. The hotel has a free shuttle bus to Hoi an ancient town at 10am and 3pm. If not a grab taxi is only 50,000VND. Outside the hotel are small mini-Marts and some lovely restaurants. The hotel also offers free classes everyday from 3pm. As we had tours planned we only attended their complimentary cooking class which was insightful and fun. Special thanks to Ms Chau who was so friendly and helped us organise our trip. Highly recommend this hotel! One of the best hotels we have stayed in, we will be back.

Palm Garden is a great place to relax and unwind.we stayed for 15 days too short. The staff are fantastic, I will say a shout out to Miss Too, who regularly served us with breakfast and sometimes main meals she was so kind and very helpful. In all an excellent 5 star place to holiday.

Отличный отель. Не шикарный, но позволяет отлично провести выходные с семьёй в атмосфере спокойствия, дружелюбия и позитива. Большие чистые номера, красивая территория, собственный пляж, чистые бассейны, отличный завтрак. Персонал приветливый и помогает по всем вопросам. Единственное, что хочется посоветовать - поставьте кулеры с водой на территории, жара дикая, а воды не найдешь...

友人と2人で泊まりました！ 値段からは想像できないほど 素敵なホテルです。 彼らは部屋まで小さな車で案内してくれます！ 素敵なプールもありプライベートビーチも ついていて部屋からの眺めは最高です。 朝食もバラエティ豊かでデザートもたくさんあり 満喫できました！ 良い時間を過ごせました！ありがとうございます😊

真正渡假村，休閒，安靜👍🏽坐的士去會安古鎮大約15分鐘，也算是方便，酒店員工服務好有禮貌賓至如歸🫶🏾

시설 너무 좋아요. 직원들 친절해요. 올드타운까지 무료 셔틀 운영해요. 영어 잘해요. 올드한 느낌이지만 깨끗하고 예뻐요. 무료닥터서비스 있어요. 조식 맛있어요. 조용해요. 수영장 넓어요. 애들 모래놀이 장난감도 주셨어요. 주변에 걸어가는 로컬 맛집 마사지 다 좋아요. 앞에 로즈마리샵에서 마사지 받을때 애들 무료로 봐 주셨어요. 로즈마리에서 런드리 서비스 이용 했는데 좋았어요. 마사지도 저렴하고 잘해요. 미까사에서 밥 먹는데 막내가 잠들었는데 눕힐 수 있게 이불 주시고 애들용 플라스틱 그릇도 주셨어요. 벤타우에서 밥 먹었는데 미까사보다 저렴하고 푸짐해요. 애기 우니까 그집아이가 장난감 갖다주거 후식으로 망고랑 아이스크림 주심요. 걸어서 유명한 탄팟 있어요. 탄팟가는길 카페도 분위기 좋고 맛있었어요. 다시 오고 싶어요❤️
