Hoi AN Heart Lodge

อาจไม่เหมาะกับคนชราเท่าไร เพราะไม่มีลิฟต์ และรถยนต์ไม่สามารถเข้ามาจอดส่งผู้โดยสารถึงหน้าโรงแรมได้ แต่การต้อนรับและการบริการดี อัธยาศัยดี

We stayed on the top floor suite with balcony. Room had everything we needed for a relaxing stay plus a great roomy bathroom. Convenient position. Easy walking distance to old town and river. Constant torrential rain for all 4 days of our stay did not stop us from exploring Hoi An and we were assured of a warm welcome whenever we returned. Thank you for a memorable stay!

Clean place with great breakfast and friendly family run lodge. They also have a good restaurant in the ancient market place. Very Asian when you come in, take your shoes off and wear the many inside slippers. Our room had a little balcony with a sink. Great for hanging your wet yoga after a swim. They are helpful with information around town and also tourist areas around the area. Homey and friendly!

Ideal location easy access to town, staff are warm, hospitable, comes with breakfast unexpectedly better than any ordinary one, free usage of bicycle. Room condition is really clean with nice balcony, can see the view of the neighborhood.

Words cannot describe how much my boyfriend and I enjoyed our stay at the Heart Lodge. I don’t know where to even begin! The family who hosted us in their beautiful location was so welcoming, kind, and fun to be around. The fact that the family was chilling the ground floor made the place really feel homey. They were always there to answer questions or ask about our day. The room itself was stunning. Huge bed, spacious balcony, big shower. Beautifully and tastefully designed too! But the highlight was the BREAKFAST. Cooking from their kitchen, the family served us the best bahn mi we tasted in Vietnam for breakfast (we were in different places before Hoi An too, and none were even close), fresh fruits, rich coffee, and (multiple) cups of their delicious homemade iced tea. When we were asked about what we would suggest to improve their homestay, we truly could not think of a single thing. I cannot recommend this homestay enough!

It was an awesome stay at Hoi An Heart Lodge. The host Viet is very helpful, warm and friendly, right from the moment you enter the property. He will brief you about the nearby attractions, restaurants and provide recommendations along with a map. The thing that stood out for us, was the amazing thoughtfulness behind the rooms and indoor equipment, keeping them aesthetic, eco-friendly and in a way that minimizes the use of plastic. Rooms are clean, comfortable, AC works well and most of the attractions are at a walking distance. There is a small balcony as well. The breakfast was home cooked and tasted great. They transferred the luggage using a small elevator to the respective floor, and we had to climb the stairs, which was not a problem for us. Those needing an elevator might find climbing the stairs a bit challenging. Google Map shows the correct location, but it might be a bit confusing if you are coming by cab. Better to get down on the main lane near the Starbucks and walk the 100m distance. All in all, it was a perfect stay and would love to come back!!

Location is Super cosy and accessible towards the Old town area! The Host was also super accommodating and friendly! Will give you a brief explanation on places to go and where to eat, i will definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in Hoi Ann

Mình đi cùng gia đình ở 1 đêm tại ks ngày 14/4 vừa rồi. Ban đầu search trên googlemap để tìm ks gần trung tâm phố cổ thì thấy ks mới và được khách review cũng cao nên book luôn. Đến nơi thì anh chị chủ cực nice, phòng cũng dễ thương đúng chât Hội An. Bạn nào muốn tìm một nơi xinh xinh đi bộ 5’ ra phố cổ, dịch vụ ok, tiện nghi đầy đủ lại còn khả năng late checkout rât cao vì mải tự sướng ở ban công trong phòng thì mình highly recommend chỗ này nha :))))

Experience from start to finish was brilliant, the staff are highly accommodating and really go out of their way to take care of you. Room was really nice and comfortable with everything we needed and they have a water purifier on site which was a bonus as we didn’t have to keep buying water! The breakfast was delicious and there was a lot of choice. The staff member who greeted us gave us a map and gave us a detailed explanation of where everything was including options of where to eat, places to go and see such as the night market, coconut village and the beach. Aside from being helpful, the staff are all really friendly, upbeat and kind which really enhanced our experience! If you are visiting Hoi A make sure to stay here!
