Ulasan La Silk Riverside Hoi An Hotel & Spa

Pengalaman kami saat pertama kali ke hoi an, dan kami menginap di la silk hotel. Pengalaman yg menyenangkan, sarapan yg enak, Mereka jg memberikan kita sewa sepeda gratis dan terima kasih untuk Miss. Kim, yg sudah banyak memberi informasi soal hoi an.

A little far from old town, but free bike rental at hotel or 20 mins walk. Good location for quiet night. Wifi was very weak, kept connecting and disconnecting. TV also kept pausing, due to lousy network connection. Good service, once you book they will message you to provide chargeable transport to their hotel. We went for a massage but its expensive and not good, also skipped some steps and cut short the massage (paid for 1 hr but only had 45 mins of massage). Overall clean room, good breakfast, clean pool. But on the first day during breakfast, my boss was asked for his room number 3 times, even while eating. He thought it was a bit rude and they should have a system to check on entrance and let the guest eat peacefully after. Also during checkout, the lady was super persistent to get me to write a review on trip advisor while staring at my phone screen while I type. She didn't even care that my driver was already outside waiting for me. I thought that this behaviour was a little overboard as she could have just trusted me to complete the review while I was in the car. And also give me the privacy to write a proper review instead of keep staring at my phone and reading the review while I type and trying to 'advise me what to write'. But overall enjoyed my stay.

Very clean and luxury looking hotel with a beautiful river view. The pool is the cleanest I’ve ever seen i hoi an and breakfast is really nice with a lot of western cuisine and with Vietnamese coffee ready and available! The bed is super comfy and staff are always happy to help!

Lovely stay. A bit far from the city center but they provide free bicycles. Would def stay again.

One word - FANTASTIC!!!! Only spent 1 night here regrettably as I should have booked at least 3 nights. Let’s view the pros first - simply a beautiful hotel with wonderful staffs - from 1 day before my check in, the hotel staff WhatsApp me on the details etc. Very 5 star treatment! - upon arrival, my family and I were treated like VVIPs. The customer relations officer explained on the details of my check in and ushered us to our rooms personally. Another 5 star treatment! - location of the hotel is just right in front of the riverside. It’s about 300-400m to the Hoi A memories show. Really convenient! - breakfast was superb. Very good spread as well as quality. - hotel amenities are top notch! From swimming pool to free bicycle rental. - very clean, neat and tidy rooms. - beds, pillows, cleanliness are really among the 5 star le meridian or grand Hyatt standard. - the staffs are really attentive to your needs. Very very impressive! Now the cons: - NONE that I could think of! Wonderful and great experience from this hotel. I’ve travelled quite a bit, stayed in 5 star hotels across the globe and I can say that this hotel leaves a great memorable experience for me and my family. Thank you again Ms. Lee and the team. Keep it up and You guys rock!

I don’t like the unpleasant smell at the hotel lobby makes me hard to breathe. Overall my stay with la silk hotel was good.

Very nice hotel. Facilities, etc all in very good condition. Very friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended for short stays if you’re looking to stay a bit far from the center or from the beach

Прекрасный отель , персонал приветливый и услужливый , выполнит любую просьбу . Отель просторный. Номера очень чистые и комфортные , ремонт совсем новый. Бассейн чистый , красивый. Завтрак разнообразный , вкусный .Очень порадовали бесплатные велосипеды , удовольствие доставляет вечерняя прогулка по набережной. Местоположение хорошее, пешком до достопримечательностей Старого города очень близко .

Khách sạn tuyệt vời. Mình ưng ý hết mọi dịch vụ ở đây. Từ giường ngủ, vệ sinh tới các dịch vụ khác. Mấy bạn nhân viên cũng rất nhiệt tình. Lần sau ghé HA mình sẽ quay lại đây. 10 điểmmmm :)

ดีมากๆ ประทับใจมากๆ ต้องบอกว่าทางโรงแรมให้ความช่วยเหลือและซัพพอร์ตเนื่องจากครอบครัวของเรามีเหตุการณ์ที่ต้องเลื่อนวันเข้าพัก  ทางโรงแรมดูแลเป็นอย่างดีพร้อมกับมีคำแนะนำบริการรถรับส่งที่สนามบินในราคาประหยัด  หมอนและเตียงสะอาดมาก  และครอบครัวของเราได้เปิดประสบการณ์ในการทำสปาที่เวียดนาม  โรงแรมค่อนข้างสงบอยู่ริมแม่น้ำ  ที่นี่สามารถใช้บัตรวีซ่าได้

Phòng ốc mới và đẹp. Decor nhìn rất sang trọng Nhân viên cực kì thân thiện ân cần, chu đáo và check in nhanh gọn.
