A pleasant hotel a that wasn’t amazing but was great value for money and in the perfect location near Old Town and the night Markets. The hotel staff and Mr Tinh were incredibly friendly and helpful. If you are looking for a good hotel in a perfect location that is reasonably cheap, you can’t go past this hotel.

Excellent value. Family business. Our comfort is their priority. Central to old city. Everything perfectly clean. Breakfast good. Rooms spacious and serviced daily. Can't find a fault. Highly recommend. Will be back when next in Hoi An.

This is a really good, affordable place to stay in Hoi An. It's incredible value for money. Mr Thinh and his family are very welcoming and friendly and will do everything to make your stay comfortable. The rooms are basic, but they're spacious and clean. It's nice to have the room on the fourth floor with the balcony overlooking the swimming pool. Really good to be able to get laundry done at a very good rate here too. The location is excellent too - really central.

It was such an enjoyable stay from the start to the end. Mr Thinh is the best host we had in Vietnam so far, he provided so many useful tips where to go eat, what to do while in Hoi An and remained available to help us book services like massage, tours, cooking classes, taxi, tailor etc. The accommodation is in a great location and the room was so comfy.
Thank you for ensuring we enjoyed our time in Hoi An!

This guesthouse ticks a lot of boxes on paper, and we were pleased to find out that was also the case in reality. Good location for walking into the old town in a quiet street with very little traffic and nice, modern rooms with all the features you would expect of a significantly more expensive hotel. And a large, shaded swimming pool. The service was excellent and the included breakfast was very good, including making some tasty vegan dishes for us. When one of us became ill, the owner called ahead to the local medical clinic and arranged a taxi to take us there. The care at the clinic was also excellent. Our first room faced over a neighbour’s property with persistent, early rising roosters, so we changed to a room overlooking the courtyard/pool instead. Contrary to some of the other reviews, my recommendation is to request a room overlooking the pool as this was much quieter. The beds were firm but comfortable. We didn’t have any problem with too much light entering the room that another reviewer mentioned. The last two nights we had no hot water. This may have been as simple as it not being switched on and we didn’t follow it up as the weather was so warm.

Stayed 2 days in this hotel. Manager was extremely helpful as arrived at 4 am and was kind enough to wait for us. Finally a pool with cold refreshing water in Vietnam. Close to the night market and city Center. Rented a motorcycle with him and gave us an amazing one, new, proper helmets, petrol, breaks… we made it to My Son safe. Will go back again
