The resort staff was very nice the room was good! This is good value for stay !

Highly recommend ZEST, good environment, provide professional services especially the receptionist - Thuy, she always good smile and asking me every day, she always concern what's I feel, it's really nice. Zest provide free shuttle bus between hotel and old town. And free of charge to borrow a bicycle so can ride to around feel free in countryside, and enjoy every moment in Zest even stay whole day in Zest.

飯店每一位服務生服務都很好, 笑容常開！早餐種類雖然不多但是每一樣都不錯吃！晚上坐在泳池旁喝啤酒是很舒服的一件事.

한국인이 많이없는 호이안 올드타운보다 더 깊은곳에 위치해있습니다 굉장히 좁은길이긴 하지만 수영장도 좋았고 다 좋았습니다!

A fabulous experience. The hotel is located 10 minutes shuttle bus/taxi ride away from the old town and beach so perfect for escaping from the hustle and bustle of Hoi A yet immersing yourself in it when desired. The staff were amazing. Happy, super efficient and committed to ensuring guests were enjoying their stay. My son was ill during his stay and a rather wonderful receptionist took it on herself to make him a hot ginger and honey. There is a lovely relaxing pool and plenty of loungers. I cannot recommend the hotel enough. Thank you for looking after us so well 🙏. We will be back for sure on our next visit to Hoi An.

My partner and I stayed in the Tropical Oasis Bungalow at Zest Resort and Spa. This was the first time we had travelled to Hoi An and the aim of our 2 week holiday was to relax as much as possible. Zest Resort & Spa was the perfect choice for our accommodation. The staff were simply amazing. I find it hard to single out one particular staff member, as they were all, so friendly, helpful, kind and knowledgeable and made us feel like family. The food was great, the cocktails even better. The location was perfect as it was a peaceful location, but, only a 5 min drive to the beach and about a 8 min drive into town. I loved the Spa and booked in for massages, facials and wraps. They did not disappoint. The pool was also very clean and well maintained... and the gardens were spectacular!

Such a great place!!! Our room was the boat on the little lake and it was so wonderful! It was too good, in fact, that we didn't want to leave to go explore Hoi An. The grounds of the property were charming, the pool was relaxing and never over crowded, the wifi was fast and extended throughout the entire place, and the breakfast was phenomenal! The food and drinks prices were also very reasonable, and above all the staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming. I wish I could have stayed there forever. And Thuy-y-hoa was wonderful

Zest really felt like an oasis. It was beautiful and very tranquil with a lovely pool. The staff were absolutely wonderful during our stay, especially Thuy-y-hoa who was very helpful and kind. We were very sorry to leave, but definitely would recommend it to anyone visiting Hoi An.

We had a wonderful stay at Zest. The staff was extraordinary and the garden wonderful. A special thanks to Thuy and Y. I got sick on the last day and the staff took care for me and they even provided a free late checkout to us. The pool area is beautiful. We can totaly recommend booking one of the boat cabines.

We had the most amazing time at Zest resort. We even booked an extra night because we really enjoyed it. We didn’t want to leave this beautiful place! The location is perfect. We liked it to have a quiet place outside of Hoi An to enjoy a bit of rest and peace. Everybody from the staff was so helpful and very nice. You are doing an amazing job! Thuy made sure our stay was as pleasant as possible and helped us whenever we needed anything. Thank you so much. We hope to come back some day!

Brilliant Stay at Zest. We were used to getting great service and welcomes at accommodation in Vietnam and Zest was no different. Thuỷ At reception was so nice, she gave us great advice on what to do and went the extra mile to help us when we asked. Binh at the bar was excellent too, really friendly. We did spa treatments and cooking classes, highly recommend both. The food at the resort was outstanding. Everything we had was delicious. The room was gorgeous as well, spectacular location on the water. Really cool how it has been designed and finished. We will be back!
