Great and very cute hotel, owner/staff very friendly and accommodating, close enough to old town by foot. There are restaurants on the next streets over. rooms are spacious and clean. Would recommend

Fully equipped, private, quiet, smiling staff to help many things. I will definitely go back to stay again.

여기 리뷰가 왜 좋은지 이해가 안됩니다. 먼저 사진은 깔끔해보이지만 사실 고급스러움은 1도 없습니다. 문제점 1. 수압 너무 약해서 욕조사용하기 어렵습니다. 샤워 수압 너무 약함 2. 위치, 올드타운과 거리가 멀고 큰도로변이라 차 교통량많고 차소리가 방으로 다 들어옵니다. 3. 소음이 너무 심함 자동차소리 개구리소리 주변식당 가라오케소리 4. 조식 너무 별로 사진에서 보시듯 메뉴1개 + 과일 입니다.물 음료조금 빼고 다른게 없어요. 미꽝 또는 (식빵2조각 + 베이컨약간 + 계란후라이) 이중에 선택해서 먹으라고 하네요. 5. 제일중요한건데 하우스키퍼가 가방을 건드렸어요. 사실 잠깐 나갔다가 오는거라 그냥 문잠그고 (do not disturb) 안했는데 그사이 청소와서 30,000,000동 (약 1200 usd) 를 가져갔네요. 6. 더 심한건 호텔은 직원만 감싸돌고 도와줄 생각은없고. 우리 하우스키퍼가 그럴일 없다. 니책임이다 라만 반복하네요. 처음엔 cctv 보여달라고 하니 그것도 안된다고 하다가 억지로겨우겨우 확인은 해주겠다 라고 라고만 하네요. 사실 제 잘못이지만 건드린 사람에 더 나쁜거 아닌가요. 너무 괘씸하고 직원도 너무 괘씸해요. 체크아웃하고 나갔으니 이젠 우리책임아니다. 이런말도 너무 기본이 안된거 같구요.

If you wish a peaceful retreat minutes away from the bustle of the Old City, this is the place. Warm, friendly and ever so helpful staff! We loved our nicely spacious room, large comfy bed and morning breakfast. Hoi An deserves it's praise as beautiful and charming, worthy of it's UNESCO status. We would definitely return to Zen & Hoi An again♡

Zen boutique is the perfect tranquil accommodation in Hoi An, great location and provides everything you need. Where Zen really shines is the amazing staff and their hospitality. Vy and Huong went above and beyond to accommodate us during our stay. They took time out to explain the areas best attractions, restaurants etc and their local recommendations as well as helping us book tickets. They were truly amazing and we thoroughly appreciated their efforts. We will be back!

Zen Boutique is a charming quiet hotel across from rice fields yet walking distance to everything in Hoi An. The room was spacious and clean and the bed big and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with fresh fruit, homemade yogurt and crepes each day as well as your choice of eggs, pho or Bahn Mi. The staff were amazing. Huong and Vy at the front desk are super helpful, friendly and willing to help make plans for all activities. Very reasonably priced as well.

We loved our time at Zen. The ladies at the front, Huong and Vy, were always kind and thoughtful, offering us advice and tips to make sure we got the most out of our stay. We felt truly at home. I loved our room, which was spacious yet cozy. The bed was super comfy and the bathroom felt like stepping into a spa. It rained a lot during our stay, so I actually loved coming back to our room whenever possible to relax and unwind! A perfect retreat for introverts like myself. The location was perfect, a short walk from old town but far enough to escape the crowds and noise. There is also a lot to discover nearby. I recommend heading out on foot and exploring the nearby restaurants, billiards and vintage stores, all minutes away by walk and personally a lot more enjoyable than old town. Even though our trip is not yet over, Zen truly was a highlight for us – we won’t forget it. Thanks so much for having us and see you again soon!

Beautiful place, Beautiful people! We loved our tastefully decorated room, great WiFi and superb breakfast. I made the most of the swimming pool after hot days. A ten to fifteen minute walk from the Old town part of Hoi An. Highly recommended!

What really makes this place stand out is the amazingly helpful and cheerful staff. It is clear that they really care about making sure customers are comfortable. They also helped us book several tours and experiences. Thanks for an amazing week.

This was the best Hotel we stayed at! The service was just perfect, the room well equipped and very large. The whole House conveys an atmosphere of "stylish cozyness". The breakfast was extraordinary! Home- made jam, home- made yoghurt, a great variety of fresh fruits, additionally, one could choose from various Asian as well as continental options. The staff was very nice too,! The receptionist helped us to organize various trips in the surroundigs. A great place er can highly recommend!!!!

This place was an absolute treasure to stay in. The ambiance and aesthetic is beautiful as zen creating a perfect environment to wind down after a long day. The room and facility was spotless. Staff was very attentive and knowledgeable about things to do in the area. The beds are extremely comfortable and breakfast was delicious.
