A&EM Art Hotel

My recent stay at the A&EM Art Hotel in Vietnam was nothing short of extraordinary! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was captivated by the hotel's elegant ambiance and artistic flair. The staff greeted me with warm smiles and impeccable hospitality, making me feel instantly welcomed. Their attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction were truly exceptional throughout my entire stay. The room itself was a masterpiece of comfort and style. Decorated with tasteful artwork and modern furnishings, it offered a serene retreat from the bustling streets of Vietnam. The bed was luxuriously comfortable, and the amenities provided added an extra touch of indulgence to my stay. In addition to the fantastic accommodations, the location of A&EM Art Hotel couldn't be better. Situated in the heart of the city, it was conveniently close to many of Vietnam's top attractions, making it easy for me to explore and discover everything this vibrant destination has to offer. Overall, my stay at A&EM Art Hotel was truly unforgettable. From the stylish design to the impeccable service, every aspect exceeded my expectations. I can't wait to return and experience the magic of this remarkable hotel once again!

Honestly, this time, I was impressed with how the Hotel had improved since my last stay there. The hotel has excellent food facilities, the establishment is clean, and the renovated rooms without leaks are perfect. The management of the hotel network is to be congratulated. The hotel is fantastic now.

This is the fifth time booking this hotel. The location is good, surrounded by local delicacies and coffee joints. The service staff is supportive and helpful in managing early check-ins and room services. One thing is that the furnitures are old and the windows dirty, stained by bird droppings on the outside.

Good location near Ben Thanh Market. Place is also relatively quiet when u considered the heavy traffic nearby. The pillows were great so sleep was comfortable. Only issue was the hot water in the shower was confusing to turn on

Got cockroach in my toilet when I stepped inside room - room shower water temperature was madness HOT - Cant even control well the hot water temperature - breakfast toooo little choices Definitely won't be back again

Location: very good as near Bui Vien Room: pillow was wonderful, bed was comfortable, Aircon wasn't that great Food: breakfast was good Size: it is good for the space Overall: price was good for what it is Booked this for a friend

The service level has drop quite a lot when compare to before Covid. Quite disappointing when it used to be my favorites hotel in HCM.

Problems I saw in the room of this hotel. Broken shower, old refrigerator and making noise when turning on and off, breakfast with no options and most importantly for those who are at work there is no stable internet.

Great locations, friendly staff, great place to access everywhere, will come back again
