Convenient location, great service, clean and bright room. Toiletries smelled great. Breakfast was varied and tasty. Great value — will return!

The hotel is quite new, although I’m not exactly sure when it was built. While the rooms aren’t luxurious, they are more than sufficient for a business traveler. One of the standout features is the availability of international power outlets — conveniently placed around the room. The room itself was very clean, and the staff were polite and professional. It felt like the hotel was operated with the same attention to detail and spirit you’d expect from a Japanese-run hotel. The breakfast was impressive — although it was an international buffet, there was a strong emphasis on Japanese cuisine, which I truly appreciated. I’m certain I’ll return to this hotel on my next business trip. The value for money is excellent given the quality of service provided!

It was a very nice hotel. Everything is very clean but a little bit too minimalist for me but my German colleague loves it so much! Breakfast spread is Japanese based and certain dish has different varieties every day so it doesn't bore you. Lastly, kudos and 5 star ratings to the front desk for personally sending my back pack to the airport to me as I left it at the lobby when I checked out. All my work related notebook and foreign currencies are in it and I was freaking out but they made it so friendly and assuring that I will get it back and not miss my flight as well too. This level of professionalism in the hospitality industry is very hard to find nowadays. Thank You again Sotetsu Grand Fresa Saigon and especially to the front desk staffs on the morning of 5th March 2025 who attended to me for my back pack (Sorry, I didn't get the names as I was freaking out)...Dōmo arigatōgozaimasu.

Amazing Japanese style hotel and the breakfast buffet is worth the extra price .

Brand new Hotel which is conveniently located near Japan Town with many food options and convenience stores nearby and situated at a quiet corner. Rooms were clean, spacious and comes with many amenities such as cable TV offering a wide variety of Channels, Ionizer, and bidet in the toilet. Hotel staff My, Minh, Kabi and Sum were very welcoming and accommodating and overall very friendly. Check-in was smooth and fast, and any requests were attended to quickly. Breakfast buffet was great, offering a variety of Japanese food. Overall, I would recommend staying in this Hotel for those planning to visit HCM.

Really nice and clean Japanese hotel, staff are helpful. The breakfast has limited options but everything you need is there. Nice and thoughtful amenities counter. I only have one gripe, where I left the room from 10+am to 2pm and came back to rest but it wasn't cleaned yet... maybe you have to alert the staff for room cleaning.

Breakfast is advised by Trip.com to be good. From a Danish guy the breakfast is too local and dont have many continental options

The hotel location is quiet but within 15-20 mins walk to famous landmarks. It is just around the corner from Miu Miu Spa where u can hv great massages at reasonable prices. The hotel room is very clean n new with all the modern conveniences within reach. The amenities provided are so practical n of good quality. Breakfast consists of yumny Japanese, Vietnamese n international options. The service staff at all fronts are polite, efficient and professional. At this price point, there is nothing to fault about the hotel. Highly recommended hotel whether you are on business or holiday.

Good location, walking distance to most of the tourist spot, breakfast is served with Japanese food, only one thought is the bed is too soft.

The deluxe big room is nice to me and environment is good too. Hope to visit VN next time soon and pick this hotel again in the future. Thank you!
