This is a terrible experience for me! I booked and paid through Trip.com but the room was not available when I was there. However, they said there was another room from the same company for me. But I was frustrated by that bad luck. So I said I wasn't happy. He let me sit and wait (he didn't talk to me). When I calmed down, I went back to the counter and asked about my room. the staff said "We'll refund you" OMG! Is this their responsibility? So I asked them, "Where am I going to sleep?" ...... In the end, he took us to another hotel which was not far from Meraki Hotel, so we had to stay there. It's like an apartment, not a hotel. #BanMerakiHotel
