Ulasan T-Ritz Saigon Hotel & Apartment

Hotel yang bagus di lokasi yang sempurna. Dekat dengan sebagian besar tempat wisata utama. 10 menit jalan kaki ke Istana Kemerdekaan, Museum Perang, 30 menit ke daerah sungai di pusat kota. Mereka menawarkan tur yang bagus ke Terowongan Chu Cu. Sarapannya enak dengan banyak pilihan dan kolam renang di puncak gedungnya bagus, sebagian besar waktu kami menikmatinya sendiri.

Desainnya bagus, tetapi agak sulit untuk mengenali pintu masuk utama. Butuh waktu lama untuk check-in. Parkir mobil lain di lobi tapi kami tidak bisa selama beberapa menit???!!

Dia terkadang melewatkan pembersihan, dan tidak peduli berapa kali dia mengeluh, itu tidak diperbaiki. Jadi saya hanya tidur tanpa membersihkan Di AC, air mengapung dan air dipandu dengan baik Tidak sedikit tempat seperti itu di Vietnam. Lebih penting lagi, 200 itu hilang. triliun Mereka terus meletakkan tas di brankas sebelum check-in, tetapi hanya 200 USD yang hilang, yang membuat saya merasa sangat tidak nyaman dan kotor.

Pengalaman yang sangat mengecewakan! Staf layanan meja depan sangat tidak profesional, dan sangat sulit untuk berkomunikasi dalam bahasa Inggris! Paspor tidak dikembalikan kepada tamu pada saat check-in. Perangkat kerasnya terlalu tua! Sikap staf layanan kamar juga sangat buruk, pembersihan tidak pada tempatnya, dan air minum tidak disediakan, hanya dengan persetujuan meja depan, hanya ada 2 botol per hari! Layanan ini mengerikan.

Such a gem! Love the hotel room design & the space. Will definitely come back.

It is a suite hotel and we are lucky to have washing machines as we explore Vietnam for more than twenty days! Every thing is just fine but the television in the bedroom doesn’t work ;( , in the standard of house keeping i think they should check but seems like the bedroom one needs to further install.

Good location and walkable to the church in picture. Rooms were a bit dated but of decent size. Pool was small at the roof top.

Swimming pool is very nice. It is about 170 deep. Staffs were very kind. Room is spacious and clean.

Definitely our favourite hotel we stayed at while we were in Vietnam! It’s so clean, staffs were lovely and the buffet breakfast were amazing

Room is very spacious and clean, and hotel is strategically located in an area where we can conveniently Grab to anywhere we want in the city. There’re cafes just around the vicinity and a convenience store by the corner of the street. Very value-for-money; we’d definitely stay here again the next time we’re in HCM city.

Hotel change names from Citadines Regency Hotel to T Ritz. A bit hard to find on the GRAB as it's still new in the name. Googlemap still having the old names but put the hotel closed. This hotel still here. All the old staff is the same as friendly. A good place to stay.

It was clean and well maintained. The location is right between the airport and the main district 1. Good for first time tourist at a reasonable price. You can find good food nearby

first time booker to this hotel. its location is excellent. i can walk 10-20 min to many near by attractions. got a room on high floor. no balcony but has windows. nothing much to talk about the surrounding view. room/toilet/bath tub are all clean. They have connecting room type so if this is sth not in your favor; please request not to have it upfront. facility such as swimming pool and fitness room are fair. not their strong point. checkin staffs are fast with decent english. breakfast is great. i can have a choice of local fish noodle or western food...all of this positive comes with a price. this hotel (chain) is not cheap. overall is highly recommended
