Ulasan Phoenix Hotel Saigon

The rooms are ok, nothing special, but don't have windows even when I booked the room, I selected a room with a window... The reception lady was rude, no breakfast even if it was included.

I often stay at this hotel, but the last day I stayed at the ship, there were 2 small boxes of cake the size of a hand, and I asked the hotel to keep them in the refrigerator, but they said they were broken. I told her to leave the cake in the refrigerator, and she said it was broken yesterday, but when I got home, it was still cold and broken. Such an attitude (while I called and begged her to let me in). She must have left it in the refrigerator today, so she left the guests alone...:))

Basically, the overall surrounding environment and functions in this geographical location in the fifth county are pretty good, and the counter service staff are also friendly and can explain in detail. It is indeed a place to consider for business people who are on business trips.
