Fantastic location and staffs are very friendly. Definitely would come back again

The hotel staff are very polite and friendly and room are clean and nice. But the shower water is not hot and hot tub in room cannot be used as there is not enough hot water. the room temparture is hard to get cool down and it will take a long time. the facility need to improve ac and hot water capacity

Hotel was super clean and well decorated. Staff was friendly helped with luggage enthusiastically and was able to answer questions about the area. Room was spotless and the interior was comfortable.

The hotel is in central location surrounded by many restaurants, coffee shop, massage shops. The hotel is clean and the staff is extremely attentive and helpful. It will be my next go hotel for my next HCMC trip.

Amazing stay in Japanese style! We loved everything in this very hotel. Lobby and rooms are nice decorated, the service is great, the stuff is very helpful! The location is also very good, you can easily get to everywhere you want ! Little jacuzzi on the rooftop is great plus there is a bar nearby. The price is quite affordable in comparison with other hotels in this area

Everything has been impeccable at the hotel - it's only a 10-minute walk to major spots such as Central Post Office and 20-minute to the War Remnant Museum; Our room is really stylish and clean, the bed is really comfortable, breakfast buffet is a mix of international dishes, plenty of good F&B outlets and convenience stores nearby, and the service is exceptionally good. The staff speak fluent English, and has been extremely polite and helpful, especially one named NAM. It's a bit difficult to manage your trip in a foreign country where the majority does not communicate in English. However, NAM assisted us with all the bookings and arrangements for the local tours, made sure we got to the destination and back to the hotel safely. Without his help we would have been truly lost and stuck, we are truly grateful for him and the other staff's assistance and guidance during our stay there. The only flaw I can pick is that the jaccuzi at the roof contained much chlorine that it smelled a bit like bleach, I personally have sensitive skin so it was an issue for me. Otherwise the whole setting at the roof is also perfect for relaxing after a long day touring and walking around the city. For the price we paid, it's totally worth it and exceeded beyond our expectations.

Good hotel which the bell men are very helpful.The location is a very convenient in zone 1 which close to many restaurants and can walk to some tourist attractions.

Location is fantastic, near spas, convenience store and there are some Japanese restaurant nearby. The staff are friendly, willing to help and can communicate well, they are lovely. The "swimming pool" is not a pool and with strong smell of Disinfectant water, the "gym" is small. apart from that, our room looks nice and clean. It will be even better if the price could get lower, breakfast acceptable.

Very nice hotel and convenient for everything needed. Definitely will come back and stay again as well as highly recommended for either business or personal stay.

The position of the hotel is very good you can can reach all places very easily. The staffs of the hotel very friendly and the hotel provide an excellent service. The rooms a little small and the AC is not very well working.
