Ulasan A&EM Saigon Hotel

Kamar double biasa yang kami tempati pada hari pertama dipenuhi kecoak. Di hari kedua dan ketiga, saya pindah ke Presidential Suite jam berapa dan menginap di kamar VIP. Kamarnya memang sangat besar dan ada balkonnya, tapi! Sebenarnya ada tikus! ! ! Dan ketika dia bangun, dia menemukan bahwa dia telah menghabiskan malam bersama tikus! Sungguh seram sekali, kalian bisa lihat gambar dibawah ini

Location is great, but the noise outside can be heard. The motorist horn and acceleration can be heard.

There’s cockroach in the toilet around the bathtub and the bathtub wasn’t clean. Breakfast is okay. Used to be hotel guest of A&EM prior to MCO but definitely not come back again.

Very convenient location with comfortable rooms and great breakfasts.

Location is strategic and easy to get around. Hotel amenities are provided. Wide breakfast spread and taste okay.

Great locations, easy access to everywhere. Everything is perfect, just the room is slightly small for me.

The hotel is incorrectly marked as 4 star, the room was very very small, breakfast choices were not good especially no veg options. we survived on watermelon and cornflakes everyday. for a 4 star rated hotel, the breakfast should have been better. The staff was very moody. The dustbins weren't placed till the second day and we had to ask for the complimentary tea vouchers which were a part of the booking...and we were given only 1 voucher with a max amount of VND 150K which would barely cover 1 person tea/coffee. We ended up paying and trip didn't help either. On the day before out departure, a torn bedsheet was put on the bed. Terrible for a 4 star rated. The restaurant staff was rude and refused to provide a bread slice as there was no enough bread due to New Year and we were told to bring our tea cup down when we took our tea upto the room. The staff were rude and in no way I think they understand how to provide hospitality! The only good thing is the location of the hotel. They don't have any information on the tour packages. we had to check and book our own tour packages with outside travel agents. Disappointed with the booking.

Some good and some bad Good Amazing location, right in the heart of D1 and close to Ben Thanh market. Friendly and accommodating/helpful staff, good breakfast. Bad Super loud music from the bar downstairs until 11:30pm - can definitely be heard in any of the rooms despite the staff’s kindness to try to help us move rooms in the middle of the evening. Bathtub clogged and the water was not draining properly.

The front desk experience was extremely disappointing. The staff member was rude, unprofessional, and failed to return our passport after check-in — a serious oversight. When we requested a keycard, he handed us one randomly from the desk without verifying our identity or room details. This raises serious concerns about the hotel’s security and overall guest safety. Will not return to this hotel for sure.

Everything is good and excellent for this hotel, except one thing. This hotel is not wheel chair friendly. The step to lobby too high and dangerous This hotel definitely not for elder and handicapped person. The rest is ok

Nice hotel, very good location, most of attractions are 1km around the hotel.

The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with modern amenities. The bed was comfortable, and I appreciated the quality linens and pillows. The air conditioning worked perfectly, maintaining a comfortable temperature throughout my stay. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with any requests. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient.

Always good service! Have been multiple times to this hotel and will continue to visit when I'm in town
