Ulasan A&EM Saigon Hotel

Kamar double biasa yang kami tempati pada hari pertama dipenuhi kecoak. Di hari kedua dan ketiga, saya pindah ke Presidential Suite jam berapa dan menginap di kamar VIP. Kamarnya memang sangat besar dan ada balkonnya, tapi! Sebenarnya ada tikus! ! ! Dan ketika dia bangun, dia menemukan bahwa dia telah menghabiskan malam bersama tikus! Sungguh seram sekali, kalian bisa lihat gambar dibawah ini

Fantastic location for this hotel, very much in the heart of District 1, very centralized. The hotel is very busy, but they keep it clean. People constantly checking in and out. Breakfast area is surprisingly nice. Many options and the area is fresh and clean. The staff in the breakfast area were also very nice and courteous. The rooms feel a bit small, not much space to move around at all, so I strongly recommend getting a larger room if possible. In the evening the street can be quite busy due to the restaurants and nightlife very close by.

Walking distance to market. Very convenient and staff are friendly.

The hotel was OK in a great location however is what I would consider a budget hotel. Two things travellers need to be aware of. The first is they allow smoking in rooms. The room I was allocated smelt of deodoriser and I am not sure which was worse. Once the deodoriser wore off you could still smell the smoke. I left the windows open for 24 hrs and it was OK after that. The second issue is the restaurant/ bar attached to the hotel. They played loud music every night until 12.30am. Even with windows closed and air conditioning on you could still hear the music. Postives are the location just 300m from the market, plenty of eating options near by and the staff who were very helpful.

Hotel lobby has sufficient seats for waiting for rooms, and looks grand, was impressed. Room is nice ,the bed is good quality condition and big, but shower cubicle a little bit small. Hotel staffs are friendly and polite.

Nice boutique hotel in a very good location near markets, food, bars and nightlife. Rooms are modern and spacious with very large beds. They have a small restaurant for breakfast which as adequate and included in the room price. They also have a rooftop bar which is very nice and breezy. Great place to stay if you are on vacation and even if you are on business. There is a spa/massage place at the ground floor as well and many around the hotel. Overall was a very good stay for the price paid and the location.

One of the best hotels in Saigon. Close to the top attractions in the city and the rooms are just extraordinary.

There is no iron in the room. Cleanliness is still unsatisfied.

The hotel is in the city center, a few minutes walk to Ben Thanh Market. There are many restaurants, massage shops, travel agents and currency exchang shops near the hotel. The room is newly renovated but the bathroom is small and the shower room is inconvenient to access. Those who are afraid of noise should not choose high floor because there is a bar on the top floor with very loud music.

Such a friendly and professional staff! Nice roof pool, clean room, great bath tub. I highly recommend this place!

It exceeded all expectations with its outstanding service and exceptional breakfast offerings. Each morning, I was greeted with a wide variety of delicious options, ensuring a perfect start to my day. They cooked the noodle on spot. The staff was attentive and friendly, making my stay truly memorable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the city!

The toilet clogged once, but it was easily remedied. The food was good and hotel workers were very helpful and kind. I booked a 90 minute thai massage and the person giving the massage was texting throughout the session, barely paying attention to what they were doing and only using one hand sometimes. I would not book again.

In summary, it was an average stay without any major issues, but also without any highlights. A good option if you’re looking for a straightforward, no-frills experience.

Overall services are good. Great to explore around the area.
