The building next door is undergoing an exaggerated renovation. They were still decorating at two or three in the middle of the night. The hotel staff couldn‘t stop it and the hotel owner was uncoordinated. It’s peak travel season, so I don’t think anyone cares too much. But it’s really hard to sleep, so I have to be careful if I come here recently.

The apartment-style hotel was much nicer than I expected! My room was very clean and spacious with a great view and a large terrace where I enjoyed reading each night, far above the city street. There are quite a few places to eat nearby but I loved the vegetarian restaurant just down the street. The laundry facilities were a great treat, left feeling well organized and ready for my workweek.

It was such a great stay, super convenient location, reception girls are responding really fast and the room itself is spacious with kitchen to cook. And there’s a nice laundry room in a basement. Nearby has great bahn xeo and coffee shops, pink church and very nice local vegetarian restaurant “Vegan Pho Nhu Restaurant”. Would love to be back and stay in the same area!

A bit quiet place for this. At night many youngster road racing. So be safe when travel at night.

There's a front desk and half of the time someone sits there. The staff are very attentive and responsive on WhatsApp. The location is very good, steps away from the famous pink church and you can walk to city center where all the shopping malls and big attraction sights are (about 30-40 mins walk depending on your pace, but it's a pleasant walk). Tons of nice local coffee shops, restaurants, convenience stores are within walking distance, and lots of vegan/vegetarian places too. Bin Tanh market is super close where you can change money at the gold shops that give better rates than malls and the airport. But light sleepers should be aware that sound-proof is BAD, I got lucky the first two nights the other rooms on the same floor weren't occupied, but the 3rd night, both rooms had guests and they were making noise the whole night I had to turn on music in order to sleep. Also it's a lot more expensive than other M Village rooms (there are two M Village nearby) maybe because there's a kitchen, but if you don't cook, no need to spend the extra money. And some of the cheaper rooms in other M Village are actually bigger.

Belong to M Village seri hotel so it is high quality at affordable price. Has a coffee downstair is another plus. Friendly and helpful staff.

Modern styles with homey and cozy feels. Staffs are very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended! Will definitely book again.

Rooms - nice and spacious with basic amenities such as toothbrush, soap, kettle, and hair dryer. Only water is provided for free, no coffee or tea. Snacks are chargeable as usual. Aircon works well, and the bed was comfortable 😌 Service - decent, but they don't have a proper reception. They service through a small table in the cafe downstairs. Staff is usually not there, but you can get in contact through WhatsApp. I'm not sure what the arrangement was, but you can't sit in the cafe unless you're a patron of the cafe - not the hotel. It's quite strange. Room service is only provided once every 2 days - not an issue for me. If you need your room done, just contact then via WhatsApp. Location - decent, close to airport (30-40mins) and not overly crowded with tourists. Still accessible to popular areas.

트립닷컴 통해 1박후 1박을 연장하던중 시스템 에러인지 어떤 문제인지는 알수 없으나, 결제 확인을 수차례 시켜줬음에도 불구하고 쉬고있는 사람을 깨우고 또 다시 결제 정보를 확인하고 심지어 카드사 결제 내역까지 줬음에도 끊임없이 의심함. 단순 시간지연으로 인한 문제이나 참지 못하고 고객을 계속 의심하고 불친절하게 대함. 특히 덩치큰 여자직원 아주 불친절 함. 트립닷컴과 호텔에서 해결해야 할 문제를 고객에게 떠 넘김. 아주 아마추어 같은 직원들 때문에 저녁에 체크아웃하고 나옴. 직원들 교육이 절실히 필요함. 할말하않
