The stay was ok. The room, bathroom and overall quality was fascinating. However, the walls aren’t soundproof so sometimes I would hear the neighbor coughing which kept distracting me and uncomfortable with making too much noise. I like places where I don’t have to worry about making too much noise because of walls being soundproof

Repeat visiting like 3rd time or so, will continue booking here for the excellent value, clean rooms, friendly owner, and they even let me keep my motorcycle helmet there for the next time I come back It’s clean, have hairdryer, however no USB sockets, so you’ll need the vietnam type wall plug Only critique is the water pressure in shower not so good, but it’s like that everywhere so not a huge concern

Nice and cozy place in District 1. Neighborhood is busy at night time but the hotel area is quiet and chill. It was a big and clean room, nice staff, everything was good. Good choice if you want to stay around district 1 for a few days

Located in the city centre, in a very nice area. Easily found if using google maps. The location is strategic as there are a lot of cafés in the neighbourhood and also a 7-eleven and a Family Mart. Quite near Vincom Centre. The room is clean and the staff is superfriendly. The wi-fi is fast.

The hotel is very small, the main thing is that it is located in the very center, but it is quiet, as it is a house in the back of the block. If you search on maps, you need to write the address 15A Le Thanh Ton, and 50 is the number of the house inside the block, where the entrance is through the arch from Le Thanh Ton street, there is the number 15A. This area has a Japanese tint. Nearby is the Opera house metro station and the bus stop for bus 152 to the airport, on Pasteur street. There is an elevator and free drinking water except for bottles in the room. We especially liked that there is a kettle and a microwave in the room - you can warm up ready-made food bought in supermarkets, there are many of them around, I note that food in Ho Chi Minh City is 2 times more expensive than in Nha Trang. There is little crockery, but a couple of plates, spoons and mugs. There is no knife, tea and coffee either. There is shampoo and toothbrushes in the bathroom. The room itself is very small, but the bed is comfortable, there is air conditioning. The administrator is a very caring woman, if you need anything, ask her. I would like to thank her separately.

In essence, it is an apartment with a small kitchen, a large room and a bathroom. It is located in a good Japanese area with many establishments, there is a large shopping center 10 minutes walk away. Everything was clean, the air conditioning worked. For its price, it is a very good option. The only thing is that the administrator is not on site all day, you have to take it into account.

I think it's good because it's cheap. The footrest was a bit off. The bathtub was good. The refrigerator didn't work because the lights weren't working. I didn't ask about it.

The hotel is clean and quiet at night. Just outside is the Japanese street. It is lively and has many choices of food!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It's in a small alley. Not easy to find.
