Ulasan Holiday Inn Express & Suites Chicago West-O'Hare Arpt Area

Hotel ini terletak dekat dengan interstate dan sangat mudah dijangkau. Staf ramah dan sopan tetapi semua staf yang berinteraksi dengan saya mengenakan pakaian "jalanan" sehingga sulit untuk mengetahui apakah Anda berbicara dengan anggota staf atau tamu lain. Lobi hotel dan elevator kotor dan suram tapi ruangan itu baik-baik saja tidak ada yang istimewa tapi setidaknya bersih. Hotel itu sendiri tidak memiliki apa-apa dalam hal fasilitas tetapi itu berbagi tempat parkir dengan banyak restoran dan toko jadi jika Anda membutuhkan makanan atau apa pun dalam hal ini, Anda berada dalam jarak berjalan kaki ke banyak pilihan. Secara keseluruhan itu baik-baik saja tapi tidak ada yang mengesankan.

Bad location. I saw Spider webs on the ceiling. The elevator was very slow to go up and down. Only thing good was the hot shower.

The check in staff were nice. The check out guy, not so nice. They’re all wearing regular street clothes and you can’t tell if they work there or not. The check out guy talked so fast and seemed aggravated if asked to repeat himself. I had an issue with the first room where the lock wouldn’t catch, the second room was nice but the heat didn’t work. The third room was fine. The gentleman who helped me with all the rooms was soooo nice and patient and apologetic. They give out a grab and go cold breakfast upon checkout. I suppose that is because of the pandemic.

Hotel rooms completely nasty an beyond old fashion. Carpet looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in years! The bed mattress hard like cardboard. And the sheets was dingy

The receptionist was nice and tried to help us as much as possible, but there was not another room she could offer us. Our room was not clean, there was trash under the bed and crumbs on the floor. The stands were dirty. The microwave had dirt stains in the door before opening it. The bathroom was not clean. The soap holder had looked like it had mold from not being clean. The phone did not work. I had to call the front desk from my cellular phone. My five year old is now sick due to the room being so cold. It was a terrible experience.

My whole purpose to come was for a getaway and to enjoy the pool which was broken so I couldn’t get in,night staff was rude and loud on their personal phones talking about quitting,housekeeping never came to make my bed after telling me she was,it was all bad.

Bugs everywhere. Hallways smell like urine. Key cards stop working after one day. Elevator floors have probably never been vacuumed. Elevators slow and don’t function well. I would never stay here again.

Large helpful & kind staff member clearly has a bathing issue, but fortunately the smell was only near her. Property could use transitions on the floor due to ragged carpet (or replace carpet). Pool was out, treadmill was out, main light in our bathroom was out--apparently bulbs are on order(?)--meant that we delayed bath for my small child)--and had to ask for a plug to use the bath instead of shower (not built in), plus toilet handle stuck & ran. Walls were thin & I could hear traffic through the windows. Maintenance & better management would serve Holiday Inn Express better here. If I were higher management, I'd give them a talking to, or simply fire them. If this is not a good part of town, guests have little idea. The good beds and breakfast saved the day here, but wow. Glad it was only 1 night.

We were visiting friends in a nearby city, celebrating a birthday. The hotel was closeby, moderately expensive, and easy to drive to. The hotel associates were helpful, courteous, and made our stay comfortable.

It was very disappointed first we was greeted by someone who look like she is not happy with her job. Our check in time is 3pm she told us they don’t do check in until 4pm, me and my family was traveling all day mind you. I show her all my booking information so she honored the agreement. Up on arriving to our room we noticed that the room was not even clean, we went back down to talk to her and she want to have an attitude because she gave us a duty room. Hats out to the maintenance supervisor she was more help to us the the front desk girl. She even ask her why would she even give us a room that’s not clear in the system when there is one available? When my wife heard this she got upset because she deliberately have us waiting with our 3 kids and still say we got to wait until it was clean. I don’t understand why people like this even work at a place where you got to deal with customers? We was in room 315, I even slip in the bathroom because the shower curtain doesn’t stop the water from flowing out I didn’t realize it until it was too late. I try calling the manager but he never seem to be at his desk. All the furniture where terrible and falling apart.

Property is in need of improvements- paint, new mattresses, etc… Staff is fantastic and friendly. Breakfast was wonderful. There seemed to be a box elder bug issue.

Property needs make over, lobby & room smelled and look worn, broken furniture, stained carpet etc. Location is why we stayed convenient off express way and located across from mall and restaurants

Hotel was fine but it’s old and the room was dirty in that there were still smudges on the walls and the carpet and furniture is old. The hotel smelled bad when you walk in and the halls smelled

We experienced a really good stay. The hotel rooms could use some updating. The hallways definitely could use some paint and vacuuming. However, the room was clean and comfortable. The fan on the heater was quite noisy, so we just turned it off. The breakfast was AMAZING and so was the staff. There are stores and restaurants within walking distance. It was a good choice for us!
