Expérience terrible. À éviter absolument J étais en train d’écrire à Trip ADVISOR et au Ministère du Tourisme marocain J’ai réservé et payé deux chambres pour moi et ma nièce la nuit dernière À mon arrivé on m as dit que j avais payé et réservé une seule chambre et ma nièce a été refusé Ils ont gâché mon week-end Je suis uń commandant Air France et je fréquent normalement des hôtels 5 étoiles depuis 40 ans partout dans le monde entier Jamais vu un service client si pénible et regrettable Le réceptionniste me montre une page imprimée et il me dit de ne tenter d arnaquer l hôtel car la loi marocaine c est pas la loi européenne À ma tutelle et protection je veux appeler la police Les deux réceptionnistes m assurent qu ils ont appelé la police qui va arriver Je demande aussi de parler avec le directeur générale et ils me répondent pareillement Ma nièce reste dehors sous la pluie J attend deux heures et enfin il ont trouvé ma réservation Ni pardon ni excuses ou merci Police et directeur jamais convoqués Mensonges Je vais porter plainte pénale à la police et je demande le remboursement total et un geste commercial qui peut me motiver à continuer à utiliser Trip.com Regardez mon activité récente Billets d avions et hôtels toujours avec vous même si *********** est beaucoup plus compétitif Deuxième expérience négative dans vos hôtels pendant une semaine Expérience terrible à l hôtel Ibis Rabat Agbal Situations absurdes enchaînées pendant mon séjour de 5 nuits Hier à midi la gouvernante de l hôtel avec le signal rouge NE PAS DERANGER accroché à la porte ENTRE sans frapper à la porte et je suis nu sous la douche Elle entre dans mon embarras totale et m informe que je dois liberer la chambre et je suis dejà en retard car le check-out doit être effectué avant midi J’ai réservé et payé jusqu’à dimanche Évidemment il y a un problème de communication entre les hôtels et vous Les événements ont déjà reporté sur Trip Advisor et je demande aussi le remboursement DOIS-JE GARDER MON COMPTE AVEC VOUS ? 房間是老式的，電梯極小😂，沒有拖鞋，沒有牙刷牙膏，沒有熱水器，早餐比較簡單。浴缸沒有簾子，洗一次澡，滿地都是水。不過在市政廣場前，比較空曠，離商業街也很近

是一個有年頭的酒店了，位於蓋尼特拉市中心，周圍幹什麼都很方便，吃不慣摩餐的話還有肯德基和麥當勞，附近的家樂福負一層有賣酒，總之一切都挺好的

A clean hotel with a good location in the center. We especially enjoyed the large swimming pool, which was peaceful. A basic breakfast that didn't change much during the week. Thank you to the hotel for the lunch you provided.

One of the best hotels where i have been, good location, amazing bar and club, good services and a very amazing and large pool. i recommend everyone stay in Hotel mamora if you are going to stay in Kenitra. the Hotel offers for us free dinner on our last day. thank you very much Hotel Mamora, i will come back soon there

Hi there we really enjoy staying at Mamora Hotel in Kenitra very classy Hotel at city center close to everything you need the reception and all the staff from the front door concierge to restaurant cafe house keeping night club security are excellent and very warm welcoming we thanks them a lot for the lovely service also we like to say Thank you very much to the Owners they are super nice 🙂👍

The property is located at the center of the city . It is close to shopping stores and Restaurants.

The best hotel ever in downtown kenitra. A magic near to absolutely everything. Hmmm the food , the horse club , tennis , the beach mehdiya…

Nice and clear with an awesome pool

It is near the city and everyone is super friendly. 10/10

Overall nice, been there as a kid, pool still the same, personal ok overall, receiption staff much nicer that bar/restaurant staff. Outdoor terrasse in the evening too busy with local/passing drinkers and especially smokers. Rooms very nice but outside needs a good refresh. Will go again on occasion.

This place is a nightmare. They won’t let my wife come in unless we provide them a marriage certificate 5 people were knocking on her door we had to leave in the middle of the night I won’t recommend to anyone STAY AWAY

Classic Moroccan interior design! The main floor was straight out of the movies. The only drawback was that people were Smoking Everywhere from the dining room to the bar and from the outdoor patio to the pool. For a non-smoker, it was not good. The room was nice. The 2nd floor looks like it was recently remodeled with clean hallways. The elevators are tiny and could pack in 4 people like sardines. The room was very clean and simple with wood flooring. If there wasn't smoking, I'd have enjoyed it more and partaken in more of the amenities.
