I enjoyed their breakfast. Their rooms are really big. It's but its a little bit old. The toilets had a bad odor. .The floor carpets also makes bad odor to the room. The towels they provided are a bit old and looks not that clean ,

Hotel is excellent but their staff is even better. They helped me a lot in this trip. I was having hard time adjusting since this was my first time in China, and the staff helped me in all issues such as language barriers, food, taxi you name it. They are remember their guests. If I ask for something and later I just forget about it , they will look for me whenever I am in the lobby and remind me about my request. Bruce, star Li, and Wendy . These three help make this stay memorable. Thanks a lot for all your help.

Very thankful to the hotel staff, Bruce that help me to monitor the room vacancy so I can continue my stay to view the peonies in Caozhou Mudan Garden. His great assistance is well appreciated. Thank you so much. Location is very accessible, nearby shopping mall and surrounded with lots of good food. The hotel also has a cute robot that deliver delivery to guests. Last year I also stay here. Like this hotel as the housekeeping staffs are also very friendly. She even chats with me about the flowers she arranged. Bus stop is also right in front of the hotel.

這次回菏澤入住華美達酒店，是我做出的正確決定，剛進酒店就能看到非常大氣的裝修風格。特別要感謝酒店的前台服務人員，辦理入住時非常快，幫我把行李送到房間，由於入住的比較晚還為我贈送了一杯豆漿熱飲真是讓人非常感動，正好緩解了我飢餓的肚子，房間温馨舒適，坐一天的車很累，房間真的太舒服了。由於我的行程安排的比較緊，早早就要退房趕高鐵去下一站，前台還提前為我準備了打包早餐，這種細緻入微的服務讓我感到非常温暖和安心！此外，酒店的地理位置優越，打車也非常方便。

前台服務很好大老遠的就會打招呼問好，辦理入住也很細心問住的喜好，溝通很愉快就覺得辦入住時間過的也很快，還很耐心介紹了酒店的設施設備都在哪邊，房間還配了蕎麥枕跟羽絨枕兩種選擇，房間很貼心還配了歡迎水果，跟朋友第一次來菏澤玩大廳還很貼心的有菏澤牡丹花蕊茶和菏澤遊玩指南、菏澤旅遊手冊就感覺酒店服務方面做的非常細心，也的的確確為我們第一次來菏澤的遊客着想，退房還有花蕊茶送！這次入住讓我對菏澤印象好評滿滿！來看牡丹就住菏澤華美達！

距離曹州牡丹園很近，環境好交通便利免費停車，設施齊全，尤其是服務到位，有問必答主動為客人排憂解難，酒店早餐也非常到位種類齊全，還有當地特色適合各種口味，下次還來菏澤頤庭華美達

通過朋友推薦過來入住，服務沒得説，入住後房間有歡迎水果，退房後贈送伴手禮，房間乾淨整潔，視野開闊，特別是前台小王服務非常熱情，問的問題都耐心解答，非常滿意的一次入住體驗，下次來菏澤還會選擇華美達！

酒店工作人員服務態度極佳，前台員工禮貌熱情，晚上辦理入住的時候還贈送了一杯熱飲很貼心。訂的是牡丹主題大床，房間面積大，抱枕上也是牡丹花的圖案，住的很好，推薦這家酒店給大家，絕對物超所值！
